Let me start off by saying I have never written a negative Google review in my life, but this needs to be heard. My one day old brand new Tahoe was hit in a parking lot in october of 2021. Caliber of Manassas took our vehicle in for repairs. We repeatedly received calls saying it was ready to pickup when in fact it was not. My wife and 13 month old had to find out the hard way when getting to the body shop to be turned away saying actually its not ready. I went through this as well when trying to schedule the pickup. When I received the vehicle back, the repairs were completed and look flawless. However there was body work dust all over the entire interior of the vehicle, as well as a gouge in the door driver's door panel. At this point Collision had over new Tahoe 10 days longer than we had it in our possession entirely since purchasing. The attitude of everyone I spoke with in regards to the interior there was very poor. They clearly didn't understand why I was frustrated that after all this time the repairs are done and my brand new vehicle was not taken care of while it was in the shop. Zero quality control, and complete dismissal from 2 of the ladies in the office. One of the in the office within the office said she would order a new door panel. I still have not heard a word back about the replacement door panel over 7 months later. I will never take any vehicle of mine to Caliber Collision in Manassas again. Completely disrespectful how my wife and I were treated with a brand new 75k vehicle. Hats off to those doing the repairs. The dent repair and paint blending was great. I would be fired from my own job if I ever treated a customer the way my wife and I were treated by the Collision staff.

Unprofessional front desk team. My fully drivable car stayed with them over two weeks for a dent pull and touch up paint.
