Why is it that NO ONE at this branch EVER answers the phone??? I called several times a day for an entire week, but it seems that the employees at this branch need to sign-up for a phone answering class, because none of them knows how to answer the phone! Here's a tip for you: When the phone rings? PICK IT UP!!!

Unproductive and ineffectual service. Visited here with my elderly mother to resolve a fraud issue which froze her account and it took 3 hours to resolve. This was primarily due to the inefficiency and impotent fraud dept which had our service agent on HOLD for over 2 hours via phone. We actually sat in the small cubicle waiting to no avail. The agent did not even have preferential service being a Citibank employee. It was the same useless customer service number which the general clients use. No one would answer despite the agent indicating several times to the branch manager that this wait was unacceptable. Unreal. We could have raised hell over the treatment which was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will endeavor to have my mother close this account as soon as possible. Luckily all was not lost as we were able to restore access to the account after 3 hours. The bank was actually closed and we had to be escorted out as the doors were already closed when our issues was finally resolved. Appalling and atrocious are not adequate words to describe this banks lack of sufficient employees to deal with clients.

The first customer service agent cherrypicked. I waited in the rain before it was open to be the first customer arrived at the bank. She opened the door and took me into her office. After finding out what I wanted to do, she decided that she didn’t want to help me anymore. She told me that in order to do all I wanted to do, she would have to spend a lot of time on it. She simply sent me out of her office and told me to stayed at the teller line. Now I am the last person on line. She is very unprofessional and rude. Fortunately, another agent stepped up and helped me with all I wanted to do there.

I have no idea why they made banks with 6 teller booths when the line is out the door they still only have 3 tellers. And no it's not for social distancing. They have all 3 side by side open. Longest wait ever

Whilst waiting in the queue I overheard a gentleman stating to one of the tellers that they were new and in fact that all of the staff, tellers I presume, were new here. The previous visit here was not entirely impressive and while I didn’t expect Gold Coast levels of service culture here there is a notable improvement in atmosphere due to positive changes including personnel. Perhaps the golden gifts given for opening a new account added a positive experience. The teller that I dialogued with was knowledgeable

(Revised below) very terrible customer service... just tried to call my local branch to find out if they have a notary person on site today (sometimes the person is not in). After calling the local number, a couple of rings later it goes directly to the toll free customer service number. After waiting for over 15 mins, i got a rep. After explaining what I need she just transfers me back to the branch's line, which after 2 rings goes back to the same toll free customer service again... talk about frustration... a 30 second call to verify if notary service is available today is impossible... I must drive there and possibly waste time if she's not in for the day... Revised on 12/10/19 - the visit was really good experience though. A rep was there and was able to help me after a short 5 min wait. He was very courteous. So switch from 1 to 3 stars.

I have been banking with them . As well i have a double cash back Citi Credit Card (which is great) And i always had a very pleasant experience with this branch. I have been a client of two other large well known banks in the past and I will say this branch was my favorite. As well from my experience they keep the lines short and have enough staff and I have never needed to wait lengthy time on line to speak with a bank specialist or a manager at the banks like I have had to at other places .
