What a bargain and a convenient service this place provides. A simple online check-in, talent every time you don a smock, and easy on the price. Desi this time, she's awesome.

My A5 year old got his hair cut. It was quick to check in and he had a great experience!

I’ve read ‘a total roll of the dice’ in other comments and have to agree, maybe 1 out of 5 cuts is good. Never mind the experience when the cut is bad. Blades feel dull and like they are pulling the hair out and not cutting. Felt like I was a training mannequin. Last time I go there.

We took our son here for his FIRST hair cut. It was a Saturday afternoon and we just walked in so we were expecting them to be busy. They were and it was about a 45 minute wait (I think you can check in online and save time!) The stylist who helped us was SOOOO amazing with our son. She took the extra effort to make this a fun experience for him. I was blown away by how good she was with him and his cut turned out awesome! Thank you!

This place is a total roll of the dice. I had one really great cut, and haven’t seen that stylist there since. Last two times have been the absolute worst. Finally decided the convenient location isn’t worth the lasting disappointment.

Took myself and my son to get a hair cut. The ladies here where so awesome and dealt with lack of knowledge we had on what kind of hair cut we both wanted. I kinda knew what I wanted and she did a amazing job. My sons hair stylist was so sweet and amazing. She was talking to him about video games the whole time and he was super excited. She also helped him pick out amazing hair cut. I was surprised with the results. As we both have a round face shape, its hard for us to get a hair cut that looks good with out breaking the bank. We are excited to keep coming back and also looking forward to it.

I have been going to Great Clips for nearly 3 years. It’s easy, cheap, close to my house and normally doesn’t have a long wait. My last three haircuts have all been disasters. I kept going back with a gamble of whether or not the one stylist that I actually like is working. But these 3 last visits, I’ve gone to the same stylist. Each haircut was worst than the last. This latest cut was the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. And up until this point, I have never had to pay to get my haircut redone somewhere else. Even prior to these latest visits, I have gone home from that place really disappointed in the result. The products they use (and sell) never really worked right with tight curls, so I usually would wear my hat until I can get home to put the right products in my hair. I won’t be returning.

I like that they allow walk-ins so if you're in a crunch for time and you can't find somewhere else to go it's always available. I was pleased with my 4 year old's haircut. He didn't move very much but DID have some trouble keeping his chin to his chest which is normal for someone his age so his hair looks a little choppy. I'm not sure if it's choppy for that reason or if it was the hairdresser. They are nice staff over all and I would probably take my son back.

OMG!!!!!! I went to get my son a haircut and idk how you mess up a hard part that bad (my son wasn't moving at all) I asked the barber (John - larger man with a beard) what he was doing and he said he was "defining" the part more... ummmmm what?! Its already an inch wide, why would we want to define it even more!? I flipped my sons hair over to try and make a combover work (attempting to hide this disaster hole in his head). ...I asked John to trim the back of my son's hair so it would look normal and blend since it now appeared longer than most of his hair (I verbally communicated to trim the back of my sons head and I even touched the area with my hand (just incase he was a visual person) to avoid any possible confusion.. SO THEN John starts cutting the HAIR that was covering the inch wide hard part (which is on the side of his head.. not the bacK)..... this eliminated my son's chances of looking somewhat normal.. I asked John what he was doing and he said blending... I told John that I didnt ask him to cut the side of his head and I even explained why I didnt want him to touch that part..... I ended up saying enough and leaving. I even had to pay for the hair cut. ...I was so embarrassed I ended up going to another barbershop to see if they could fix it ... they said my options are either to shave it or walk around with it as is....so we shaved it (now my son looks like a sickly child) and then I purchased baseball caps for my son until his hair grows back in a few weeks..I have trimmed my son's hair a few times in the past (with a hard part) and It turned out pretty good... I have no background in hair and I can do a better job than this... They should give me my money back!!!
