Love this place excellent service quick and friendly. Very clean. They are always right on with keeping the food fresh and hot and I do mean hot it is wonderful. Parking lot it's a little tight and there is a T-Mobile store next to it. Definitely would not put in an RV to be parked inside the parking lot probably across the street at a Fred Meyers across it. Excellent service highly recommend it. Fantastic prices if you use your McDonald's app collect reward points eventually get food free and or a way discounted price. Using your McDonald's app is highly recommended and useful. Parking: Parking lot is pretty tight I would not recommend parking in RV while dining or even just sitting there. The actual parking lot is tight enough with just cars to get around. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible as far as disabled parking and ramp to get onto the curbside and on to the restaurant. Bathroom wheelchair accessibility. ~Cristina

I come here occasionally when I forget lunch since it’s the best to-go option in the area. Usually they’re rude, dismissive, and slow. They’re also closed a lot during listed business hours. Recently I went and I got the worst food poisoning in my life. I’m positive it was from here because I ate the sandwich for dinner and it was about 12 or so hours later the next morning when I got horribly sick. My husband and I eat the exact same food and whenever one of us gets sick from something we both do. He didn’t get JJs and didn’t get sick. I’ve given this location too many chances and that was definitely the last one. Even other people I know don’t like this location! ~Jamie

I come here when in town, because I've had no problems. Today, like everytime...I cash a $20 for tokens. High pressure soap, not high pressured and without soap. The pleasant female attendant was advised and told the man sitting in his truck on his cell phone. I was told he was the man to contact. No action to meet or accommodate me while I've been here. I have even said out loud the dryer isn't working either. Not too happy with Pink Elephant in Sumner today. ~Kimberli

We took our son here for his FIRST hair cut. It was a Saturday afternoon and we just walked in so we were expecting them to be busy. They were and it was about a 45 minute wait (I think you can check in online and save time!) The stylist who helped us was SOOOO amazing with our son. She took the extra effort to make this a fun experience for him. I was blown away by how good she was with him and his cut turned out awesome! Thank you! ~Gina

Ordered wings and fries for carryout. The food was perfect. The issue was the pickup. Although there were 6 or 7 people working, it took the better part of 10 minutes before I or another customer were acknowledged. The employees were working hard in the back but very clearly not wanting to meet our eyes to help us. Eventually another customer got the attention of a returning delivery person who retrieved our orders. My frustration was exasperated when I heard a young brunette woman making comments about how she "should have spit in his food" when talking about another customer | ~Gavin
