It's ok. I'm not at all impressed with what you get for what they charge. It's almost 20 dollars for a top tier wash and 15 for the bottom tier. My wheels were just as dirty after going through the wash as they were before. If your car is already clean then you can use this place for maintenence washing but if you need a good, deep cleaning, you're better off to wash your car at home.

I come here when in town, because I've had no problems. Today, like everytime...I cash a $20 for tokens. High pressure soap, not high pressured and without soap. The pleasant female attendant was advised and told the man sitting in his truck on his cell phone. I was told he was the man to contact. No action to meet or accommodate me while I've been here. I have even said out loud the dryer isn't working either. Not too happy with Pink Elephant in Sumner today.

The self serve portion is so awfully maintained that I wouldn't use it if it was free, much less pay for the privilege of getting an awful service. Anything you can name that could go wrong, probably already went wrong. Payment, sprayers, the brush, the foam cannon, you name it. All of them are in disrepair. The 3.9 star rating is an absolute lie. What an awful experience.

It's expensive and does a poor job. Subaru Outback, missed the back some how. For $14, I expected more. Both the Auburn and Bonney Lake washes do a better job.

Was nice until a staff member came to the van while I was preparing to vacuum and told me I "couldn't sit there". I'm unsure what he thought I was doing. I wasn't "sitting" there. Won't be back.

Used this car was 2 times and both experiences my car did not get clean still had dirt on it could still writ my name in the dirt needless to say went home and washed it myself. $15.00 down the drain literally.

The power washer can't clean an actually dirty car alone. I paid $15 dollars and I can still write my name in the dirt on my car. I knew this, so I was hoping to supplement by filling a bucket with water and pulling around the side to finish the job after spray washing. Well there's a no bucket washing sign and if a bucket is visible you can expect a talk from the attendant/owner even when you are currently paying for their services. If I can't even expect a clean car from a "CAR WASH" then there's no point for me to bring my business here. Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

Love these brushless car washes at Elephant Car Wash. I've been using this option for years. My last visit I hadn't washed my white car in about 5 months. I kept thinking, "maybe I'll spend the money & see how well it will clean it being so dirty." Totally worth the mid range price of the selections! I was amazed how clean my car got for how dirty it was. I had to finish cleaning the wheels because of break dust (after 5-6 months!) but even then the brushless wash cleaned them very well for how long it had been! You gotta try it out. Definitely worth the price! BTW... I've never bought the most expensive nor the least inexpensive option & I've been very happy with every wash. You drive in & then you drive out! I highly recommend the brushless wash at Elephant Car Wash. I use both downtown Sumner & Puyallup locations.
