Ordered 2 14inch pizzas. They stayed in a status of QA for 40 minutes. The pizza arrived stone cold and cost $67.00. This place is 5 minutes from my home. I am done with this place and will not purchase from them again.

seems to be every order is missing something, I don't know why I bother anymore. The credit to the account is barely worth it. I just want my things when I order them. Bummer.

Tried to order but they do not update their site with no delivery. You should at least put on your site that you're not delivering. I live in Federal Way and only one store does delivery. That's a little ridiculous Inn entire town only one store delivers And doesn't update. Starting to realize why domino's is losing so much money.

Never had any bad issues here, food is always ready on time and staff is nice. Only gripe is they count cheese as a topping, that's pretty shady. If they see this I hope they look into it, corporate says its at store level when they do this. Heads up.

We order at least once a week if not more. We always order extra tomato sauce for each one of our pies. The store here in Federal Way, WA on 336th has about a 20% accuracy in adding the extra sauce. Yes 80% of the time there isn't extra sauce. It's not a big enough deal to spend the amount of time waiting for and explaining to a suoervisor/manager, but it is worth a mention on my own time when asked to review this business after placing another order.

They will just sit and look at your order instead of making it unless you come in make it yourself, and deliver it yourself. They wont call you, or text you, or give you a notification... they will just look at your order until you call them 90 minutes later, then they will recommend you just go somehwere else.

They always get my order right and very courteous but don't order pizza after 8 pm. They usually call back and say they can't deliver because short staffing.

A year back the Customer service wasn’t the best but I have noticed changes, the last few times I went my food was great. This time I ordered Kyla made the pizza perfectly this is the best pizza I have ever had!

Terrible customer service, manager had told me they have ran out of bread and pasta so I changed the order and order another pizza. They didn't change the price or order up so I was charged an extra $7 which ended up being $39 when it was supposed to be $32. Which I call to understand what happened and if I can be refunded but management was horrible and said they couldn't do anything abt their own mistake of messing up myorder and not changing the order up when they should've have. So I was basically charged for 4 pizzas but instead I only got 3.

Eww...I ordered a simple menu item on Saturday April 16th 2022 nothing special order...and it tasted disgusting. Super disappointed with this Domino's store...I've been going here for a long time now. Guess not no more.
