worst experience i’ve ever had with a pharmacy. i had an appointment scheduled through a government contractor and when i showed up with my voucher and paperwork they straight up refused service because i wasn’t on their schedule. could be a problem on the contractors end but this has never happened my entire time going through this contractor. the manager was pretty helpful but in the end they couldn’t get me in and just wasted an entire hour trying to figure this out. DO NOT go to this pharmacy if you want a scheduled and quick vaccination. only good thing i could say is how helpful the manager was. ~Prestige

Closed for “shift change” at 9:30PM on a Monday night. Saw about 15 customers including myself get turned away with three employees inside. And than the owners complain they aren’t making money 🤦‍♂️ ~Y.

Workers for the most part are friendly and helpful. The one I recognize as having been there the longest can get an attitude if he has had a difficult day it seems to me. 100% terrible slurpee machine. Should be replaced. Always fresh hot pizza. Can get in and out quickly. Very incompetent with cash app or other kind of money app reloading.. they will just tell you they are unable to do it, when I know they can just don’t want to or has no idea how to. I bring in my own cup almost daily for ice and I’m never charged. Even if I don’t purchase anything. (Tho I am a very frequent customer and have been for over 26 yrs). So has much that can be improved but has its good qualities as well. 👩🏻‍🎤👍🏻👎🏻 ~Nicole

This used to be my neighborhood corner store that I would stop by almost daily. I didn’t move but I stopped going there because of the horrible customer service and high employee turnover.. Half the time when I do, the door is locked with the employee taking a break. Just left after the cashier with the glasses and pony tail argued with me about something they didn’t have when I was looking right at the item behind the counter. This place has went downhill over the past few years. I used to be excited about seeing a familiar and friendly face when I would stop there. ~Marcus

We order at least once a week if not more. We always order extra tomato sauce for each one of our pies. The store here in Federal Way, WA on 336th has about a 20% accuracy in adding the extra sauce. Yes 80% of the time there isn't extra sauce. It's not a big enough deal to spend the amount of time waiting for and explaining to a suoervisor/manager, but it is worth a mention on my own time when asked to review this business after placing another order. ~david

Good gym and good staff only complaint is I moved and am out of reach of the gym now and it has been a hassle canceling my membership. I've called multiple times and have driven down there to cancel it in person was told that it was canceled but I am still receiving payments from them. Having to replace my card to stop the payments. ~Mckenna

Very clean environment. The holes were very polite and supportive. Everyone seemed to follow PPE protocol. So much equipment to choose from.Employees are very supportive but not too overbearing. They also offer classes to members. ~Gerald

The facility was clean. The lifeguard was very friendly and helpful. The pool wasn't too crowded which is always a plus. The only thing I didn't like about it is open swim is for 55 minutes which is fine but the one lifeguard there actually put his whistle in his mouth was watching his watch and started telling buddy to get out right at 55 after they could have gave us a second to figure out the time for ourselves it was it was kind of ridiculous that he was watching his watch like that but other than that it was a great experience ~Janet
