Been in line for 30 minutes at the pharmacy, 8th person in line. They have 1 line for everything. Even the guy who had a 1p vaccine appt. Had to wait in this line. They announced they were closing in 8 min. For lunch, so half the line left. The guy almost didn't get his vaccine even though he was there on time. He barely made the the cut off by 1 min. There was only 1 person at the counter until the time they were to close then suddenly 2 others appeared out of nowhere. Guess lunch was an incentive to clear the line.

worst experience i’ve ever had with a pharmacy. i had an appointment scheduled through a government contractor and when i showed up with my voucher and paperwork they straight up refused service because i wasn’t on their schedule. could be a problem on the contractors end but this has never happened my entire time going through this contractor. the manager was pretty helpful but in the end they couldn’t get me in and just wasted an entire hour trying to figure this out. DO NOT go to this pharmacy if you want a scheduled and quick vaccination. only good thing i could say is how helpful the manager was.

I have been going here for years for my medicine and they have since changed their hours. I got off work early today and made it into the line at 5:40. They had 5 or 6 cars in line. At 6:20 I made it up to the window and they had closed while everyone was still in line! They didn't even come out to put up a cone to mark that they were going to finish helping the people that had been waiting since before closing! And why does it take 40 minutes to dispense medication to 6 cars! Absolutely unacceptable! People need their meds. I don't know how they are still open. Horrible service. You can't even get through to them on the phone anymore without a super long wait. If you can't take care of your customers you shouldn't be allowed to handle medications anymore.

I was told by the other terrible Walgreens on Hoyt they had my medicine. When I got here, the pharmacy tech claimed they didn’t. The pharmacist was condescending, yet couldn’t figure out that they had my medication the entire time in half-doses. They didn’t have enough (of course) so I only got half my meds, but they then had to take a full hour to count the pills. Counting pills must be really challenging to take so long! Really hard to count to 20! And put a box in a bag! Will never use Walgreens again. The whole chain sucks now.

This place has ridiculously long wait times for calls, I only had to ask them a question but have been waiting for 2 hours and still no answer. I have come in a few times to pick up my meds before but my experiences weren’t very great either. My parents speak limited English and the pharmacists were so impatient and were rude to them. I tried to talk to the pharmacist because they had trouble understanding my parents, but they got upset at me and tried to dismiss me. With all the disappointment I have seen here, I will be changing my pharmacy.

Had a very bad experience when I went for a covid test. The person who assisted me was very rude. I did exactly what I needed to and did the swab 5 times on each side but he kept telling me that I did only 4 times or 3, and he made me do it twice. It made le very upset especially since I drove a long way for this appointment.

This place is the real bottom of the barrel. Parking lot is filthy and unsafe. The store shelves are half empty, have been for years. Walgreens really let this store go down the drain. I'd stay away.

Horrible- don't go to this pharmacy. I will never return to Walgreens again. Tried to pick up my (needed) prescription twice. First time was yesterday- just a sign that said closed ( supposed to be open - no explanation even), then today.. oh.. app said they close at 8pm, I went just before 6pm. Sign in front of pharmacy said they are closing at 6pm.. good I'm in line at least... no! They just rolled down the door with people in line and said "registers are off. We are closed, come back tomorrow: with people in line. Horrible! Will never return, ever.

I wish 0 stars was an option. I’m a type one diabetic and I’ve been trying to get my insulin prescription for the last couple days. I tried multiple times to get my prescription, but every time I go they have a sign up saying there is no pharmacist on duty or they are on a “lunch break” when the times aren’t even right! Yesterday I went finally after not hearing anything for days… show up a little before 6 to stand in line and all of a sudden they come out and close the doors right in front of us even though we had been standing there waiting to be helped. I begged with them that im a diabetic and need this to get through the night or else…. Didn’t matter. NEVER AGAIN. DONT GO HERE.

I always try to get in the drive-thru line while they are at lunch... Usually I am the 1st person in line. At times, they seem to play games by not answering their phone - oh sure, you'll get the recording but if it says 2 or 3 callers are ahead of you, bag it cuz they won't answer. Also, ALWAYS count your meds. I used to not worry about this until the one time I did count & was shorted 12 tabs. Our insurance forces us to use this place and is the only reason we stay. There are some really nice people & a couple that are the exact opposite & since Walgreens doesn't care how poorly you were treated, good luck complaining as they don't want to hear it either.
