Postal clerk number 6 needs some medical marijuana or something .. she had straight up attitude for no reason when I walked up to a window and my priority box took two and a half weeks to get there. Medical shipment she played with. FIRE this A HOLE

Best post office I've been to in the city! I came here for money orders and help finding a missing package. The staff was efficient, courteous and patient. Five out of five stars.

I’ve never known a nicer, more professional staff of any branch. First class culture of courtesy.

This post office has an "APC" (automatic postal centre) in the lobby!, which means I don't even need to look at a postal worker or stand in a line... All post offices should be REQUIRED to have at least ONE APC in them.

Happy Holidays to one at all. This is the worst post office I have ever experienced. The woman there now (1 person with a big line) is not helpful at all. Her communication is terrible and she just does not really care. (Asian american woman) I will now mail my stuff ups as this is so frustrating. There were 2 great women there and they were moved and now we suffer.

Wanted to send a international parcel on Saturday. Got there about 330pm and waited in the queue. 20 minutes later the postal worker said they don't have customs forms so can't send international parcels. Complete waste of time. Low energy employees. Pathetic organization. Embarrassment to the USA. Glad I don't live in this country.

I just had an AMAZING experience at a United States Post Office, no sarcasm! I was honestly expecting to wait in line, I even brought my book, but Sheryl was there waiting for me with a smile on her face and an awesome and friendly personality. I was in there for maybe two minutes. Going on Thursday at 1pm really worked out for me!

Huge line, so tried using the self serve kiosk, which claimed to sell stamps. No evident way to discern fares for a local letter. Asked a postal service employee at the location who couldn't tell me how to use the machine, or even what a stamp cost for a normal letter. A convenience store two blocks north was far more knowledgeable, and friendly.

Typical USPS facility. Helpful staff, but wait times can be excessive. If you need counter service, budget at least 20 minutes into your schedule. If you have postage-paid packages, you can either use the drop box or simply leave them on the counter. This facility features a postage machine in the entrance, so you can avoid a long wait by using the machine to weigh and print postage, then simply drop the package in the chute or leave it on the counter. I have been dropping off 2-3 packages almost every day at this facility for the past year, and not one has been lost in transit. My customers always receive their packages, even if I don't have time to wait in line for a scan. Be patient with the staff. They deal with rude customers all day long, and if you are polite and give them a smile they will go out of their way to help you. USPS: If you are reading this, your staff at this location are quite good. I suggest providing better written explanation for international shipment requirements by the slip counter, as customer confusion regarding international paperwork seems to be what holds up the line.

Unhelpful staff, self service machines regularly accept money but fail to release the postage and there's nothing you can do about it. Cannot recommend. This post office is a good example of why I use non-usps to ship goods. If they weren't so terrible to work with I would send my packages via usps. So the postal service is losing money and credibility because of offices like this one.
