Since they change staff and supervisor everything has change .I been renting a P.,O for a while .I was only a day late or so . I try to speak to the supervisor about the issue .. I was not able to they give you a number to reach her which is always busy ,,, I went back more then once to try to speak or make a payment ,,,, I was told now is more which which I get ,,, However they have no common courtesy at all . They rather loose a customer instead of help out with the issue .... They need better communication,. skill ,manners .. For those who are old retired already ,,,If you feel you can do the job ....

I was mailing a small package via the self-service machine, and I was curious why the postage printed didn’t have the address I had entered. Naturally I went over to the counter, trying to ask a simple question. To my surprise, the lady behind the queue-less window straight up said 10 “no” to me when I had just said “excuse me,” and went back chitchatting with the lady next window, all while there’s about three dozen people waiting. Great stuff

Terrible attitude, I would give zero star if I could. No need to scream when you can speak. USPS if you are listening, believe me it's worth it to train your employees with proper customer service conduct. Your employees are either overworked or simply having an oppositional defiant disorder. Come on USPS, your priority mail postage price is identical to UPS, yet the service level is incomparable.

Wow this USPS is literally the worst and they have the audacity to say “we provide the best service” LOL. Cmon! Who are you lying to? All I did was tape over the address and neglected to fill out my return address. I arrived to the clerk telling me “I can’t do anything about it. Figure it out yourself” LOL??? Bro. FedEx USPS literally any delivery service other than the terrible USPS will help you and provide you w it’s a post it and pen so you can have a great experience. Alright I said whatever and he tells me to go to a different clerk LOL. But then no other clerk helped me. ??? Who’s actually the manager supervisor of this terrible station??

Super friendly and patient staff.... completely unexpected. I forgot to put stamps on my letters when I placed them in the mail bin and they retrieved it so I can buy the stamps for them. The number of letters they had didn't match what I thought I had dropped off and they went through all the letters in front of me to look for it. WOW!!!!!

Christina/Kristina was a lifesaver today. Appreciate her willingness to work with me and what I had brought in. I learned my lesson about what I could and could not package, and also felt listened to and understood. A negotiation of sorts. Super rare in a USPS. Best location so far.

I was taken care of quickly. Be aware only one entrance is wheelchair accessible. If you need a ramp, you have to enter from the north door (50th closer) instead of the southern door (42nd closer).

Everyone there is willing to help and are all very knowledgeable of their procedures. Please forgive them they are exhausted and Pretty please do your research online before even bother going in. Everything is available on travel.state.gov if you are going there for passport. The people in this passport department are really nice and were extremely helpful. Especially Maureen and the other gentleman in grey. My sister and I both did our passport renewal here. I saw other people dropping off packages at a very fast electronic system right near a drop off box. There are many transactions going on at once; the lines move very quickly but also get packed really fast. All the pricing is posted very clearly throughout. The building is beautiful, this is a prime location. Enter at the front, middle of the block because there are other things inside I think @450 Lex.
