Both Kimbo’s that work there are extremely rude & hostile for no reason at all ;they have a ridiculous $2 tape fee which they pick & choose who gets hit with it they also exaggerate the size of your package that you’re shipping so it’ll cost more, you’ll get an hostile attitude for asking a question they act like they don’t want you in the store at all avoid this awful place ,they need new staff kimbo is miserable he needs a therapist

I really don’t understand why one person here is the rudest person for zero reason. UPS keeps sending my missed packages here, but I would 1000% walk to 3rd Ave. to not have to deal with the staff- always puts a damper on my day to have to come here.

I witnessed an employee at this location verbally insulting a customer that was asking questions about ups service. Same employee was more interesting in taking personal calls on his cellphone. I left that store and went to another ups location.

Very rude worker by the name of chris. Needs to learn how to be friendly. Had to come back a second time because he didn't want attend to me because theres a time frame which it does not state anywhere at the store.

Easy and to the point service. I was able to print out the shipping labels I needed using a computer they had. It wasn’t free, but it was convenient.

Gotta disagree with the reviews here. The staff aren't rude, they're just getting their jobs done. And they do it very well! I opened a PO box with the store (package thief in my apt building...), and everytime: I walk in, I get my key and open my PO box to get the package note, and, before I even hand it to whoever is at the counter, they have already recognized me and grabbed my package. They didn't get my box number from the paper; they just remembered me and my number. THAT is customer service, and trust me that goes a *long* way. Highly reccomend this place! Especially if you're in the neighborhood and also getting packages stolen from your apartment! Took hardly 5-10 minutes to set up a box (even quicker if you dont read contracts before you sign them lol). This place is in a good location, and can receive just about any package. Been using it for the past 5 months and have yet to lose a package here. Keep up the great work guys! If I'm guessing, the negative reviews come from people who didn't know how to use a service and got frustrated with the staff about it. These guys don't seem like pushovers, so I'm sure they didn't suck up to the customers whenever they got an attitude.

Incredibly rude staff. I walked in to the guy at the counter yelling at a clearly disabled woman for leaning on the counter for support, and made her walk all the way to the back of the store to sit down. Then when I went to pay for a box and tape, I asked if I could quickly pack up my items inside of the store but was told I couldn’t because that’s “their job” and had to go outside to pack my items to literally just come back in. I can’t think of a more illogical policy. I understand it’s just a UPS store and probably not the highest paying job, but the staff created a hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone there and I will not be returning.

Horrible experience. The manager was in a bad mood and told me I broke his scale… I said, can I get an invoice and he wouldn’t give me one. I came the next day and it worked. He was having a bad day and took it out on me. I was going to take this to his district manager but at the end, just felt bad that his leadership was a reflection of how he upholds his store. The people are there are not friendly. I still go there because it’s close by, but don’t expect people to be nice…

Scheduled an appointment for notary services at 9 am this morning (specifically chose this location / UPS store because I was able to schedule appointments FOR NOTARY SERVICES which I was unable to do at various banks and even at other UPS locations that said notaries not available at certain times). Called the store yesterday to attempt to confirm...no one picked up.... left a call back number. No call back. Silly me. I showed up at 9 am today anyway and was told matter of factly by the employee that a) the notary isn't in til 1 pm and b) "yeah, I know the website accepts appointments for notary starting at 9". No apology for wasted time (admittedly not his fault one assumes), and no sense that this was out-of-the-ordinary or inconvenient to offer a an appointment function for a particular service when it's obvious that service isn't normally available at that time. Comical.

This is my first time returning a package and coming to this store ever since it opened. I say this with the most honesty IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB DONT WORK THERE! The guy was rude, had a attitude from the get and was saying if you don't know what label to use then I don't have nothing to do with that. Like fine I get it but its my first time be nice about it! I will not be returning. Next time I will just go to the one on Astore Place!
