One of the worst vet clinics in Orange County NY. Wish I could give negative stars. Takes multiple calls to even schedule an appointment and wait time is at least 1.5 hours in the car. When you leave voicemails no one returns your call. I have brought my dog there multiple times and have specifically asked them for tests requested by his specialist and they still were not completed correctly or half completed which caused me to have to make more appointments and spend more money on my dog. Do not go here!!

I wish I could give them a 0!!! The worst vet I’ve ever used!! The office staff are terrible and nasty!! Multiple times we waited for over an hour in the parking for our appointment. One time we had an appointment and I specifically asked them to check 2 things. They brought my dog in, he was there for less than 5 minutes and brought him out. When I asked about the things I asked them to check they told me they couldn’t do the one and that they didn’t know about the other. They charged me for a visit but gave me none of the information we were there for. Also when my dog was neutered we got him home and they had the cone so right around his neck that his entire neck was ripped up and bloody!! All of my friends have stopped using them as they had terrible experiences also!! Never again!!

I had a 16 year old cat who was a patient here. The Doctor tried so many treatments (without draining my bank account) before I had to face the inevitable. Dr. H and her staff were wonderful. They gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye to Bambi. He died peacefully in my arms. They are also treating my German Shepard who will be 13 in a few months. The medicine Dr. H prescribed has made such a difference in Patty 's quality of life. I highly recommend Tri-state Veterinarian Services.

I can not believe the compassion I recieved at this office today. I recently took in a cat that was being kept in the home of a hoarder. She was completely covered in thick mats and even had some dread locks. Dr Walker and her team worked through lunch in order to get my her all cleaned up for me. They were so sweet and caring. I can not thank them enough. We've only been home a few hours and Wanda already seems like a much happier kitty and can now move around so much more easily! What a sigh of relief in our household tonight!

Dr. Hallam-Smith & her Staff (Marissa and the entire team) at Tristate Vet Medical Group are excellent. Extremely professional and know what they’re doing. I was impressed by the overall proactive nature of Dr. Hallam’s approach to treating my new 13 week Beagle puppy. Quite happy I have found this great vet. And they’re able to provide this great care in the middle of a pandemic -not Easy to do, I would imagine.

Very professional, took the time to explain many of the shots and why they are needed to protect my dog especially in this area. They were so great with my dog, she was so happy and I believe she didn’t wanna leave.

Their compassion is clear and present from the moment you step through the door. While I didn’t get their names as I was pretty intensely upset at the impending passing of my cat, the nurse and doctor were so impressively caring, gentle, and honest. Both very sweet and knowledgeable women. Those at the front desk were also unbelievably kind and compassionate as I came in in near hysterics. I was the last appointment of the day (fit in the same day) yet I know I was treated with the best amount of care and consideration possible. They didn’t judge me or my family for crying and they show a clear love of animals. I am very thankful I came here to help my best friend pass on.

Had to put down my heart my 18 year old companion.The staff was so very caring and kind to us. Highly recommend Tri State Veterinary Group. A gift of my pets paws were given to us after carefully procuring a care box to bring her back home.Thank You all!
