I had a front end alignment done on my car and the experience couldn't have been any better. I dealt with Tom there and he was not only very professional but also personable. They completed the work much faster than I had expected and I'm very satisfied with the results. I strongly recommend this Mavis location to anyone in need of service on their car.

My car broke down on a Sunday and this was the closest place around. Although they were busy, Tyler moved my car up on the list since I was from out of town and stranded until the repairs could be made. While this alone is enough to earn them 4 stars, Tyler and Josh really went above and beyond after that. Rather than trying to sell me a repair that I may not need, Tyler suggested we go for a test drive to replicate the problem. Well, that lead to a breakdown, but here is where the exceptional service came into play. Given that it was 3:30 on a Sunday, it would have taken hours to call a traditional towing company to take us back to the shop. Instead, Tyler called Josh at Mavis to drive his personal vehicle with a tow strap out to get us. It was also determined that my vehicle needed a new transmission and this is something Mavis couldn't do. So, Tyler and Josh towed me to another local shop that could service the transmission. I was really impressed with both Tyler and Josh and their willingness to help me out. Not because they could make a sale, but because I was another person in need. I absolutely would recommend this shop to anyone. I can't comment on their repairs, but Josh and Tyler are good people and will make sure you are taken care of.

Management is amazing. They treat the customers and their mechanics great. We were having an alignment issues after getting 4 tires at another shop and they couldn't fix it. Tyler aligned all 4 wheels and found them needing to be rebalanced also. The car is 20 yrs old with 50k original miles on it. It drives beautiful now. Thank you Tyler.

So I went to a competitor first for a flat. Was told 15 minutes and after 45 minutes I left without being seen. Then went to Mavis. Sara at the service desk said, "we should have somebody with you shorty." She was very professional and pleasant. Then Josh took my car and had me out in no time. Looks like the have an express line for smaller jobs. Great customer service. The best!!!

The manager Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable! Took the time to help me choose the best tire for my driving needs! Didn’t feel rushed or pushed into buying parts that weren’t necessary. I will definitely be telling friends and family to go here and deal with a great team!

I recently got a screw in my tire and Mavis was able to take my car right away. I was in and out in 10 minutes! So happy to not spend my Sunday getting my car fixed. The service team was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience.

I called 6 different tire shops today. The folks at this shop were by far the nicest, and had the best deal on a set of tires for us. Tom took fantastic care of us today. He helped make sure we were getting the right tire for our driving needs, and even alerted us to an additional problem on our van. 10/10 would come spend money here again.

Went in for an oil change and was convinced to change my battery. The “new” battery died the next day, and I had to be towed back to Mavis. They replace the battery and then said it was the alternator. I’m no mechanic, so my trust lead me to the same situation: battery died again the next week. I then was towed to Nissan and they said I was given a battery that won’t charge fully. Still waiting on my refund for the two visits full of improper care (not to mention the two tows) when all I wanted was an oil change. They’ve been failing to return my call for months.
