I wouldn't go to these guys if you like buying your own parts and saving yourself some money they won't install anything unless they buy it what a joke. And by the way these parts where Bilstein 5100 shocks for a Jeep Wrangler not a unknown or risky part to install at all. also the ring and pinion seals where from Chrysler/jeep with receipt.

My experience is they claimed couldn't get a new part for my car, only used for $700. Went to jeep dealership and got part new in 4 weeks for $353

They used to be awesome until they lied to me in an inspection where a wheel bearing was supposedly bad, yet was replaced just last month when I did full brake job. Lied about my exhaust having issues as well. Never coming back to this place again.
