It's a nice store, fairly large. Clean and neat, a good variety of products. Actually, better than either of the "other"(General/Family) dollar stores in the area. But, why is it still the "DOLLAR " Tree? Nothing is a dollar anymore, it's $1.25 now, so maybe a name change is in order. 🤔 ~John

My car broke down on a Sunday and this was the closest place around. Although they were busy, Tyler moved my car up on the list since I was from out of town and stranded until the repairs could be made. While this alone is enough to earn them 4 stars, Tyler and Josh really went above and beyond after that. Rather than trying to sell me a repair that I may not need, Tyler suggested we go for a test drive to replicate the problem. Well, that lead to a breakdown, but here is where the exceptional service came into play. Given that it was 3:30 on a Sunday, it would have taken hours to call a traditional towing company to take us back to the shop. Instead, Tyler called Josh at Mavis to drive his personal vehicle with a tow strap out to get us. It was also determined that my vehicle needed a new transmission and this is something Mavis couldn't do. So, Tyler and Josh towed me to another local shop that could service the transmission. I was really impressed with both Tyler and Josh and their willingness to help me out. Not because they could make a sale, but because I was another person in need. I absolutely would recommend this shop to anyone. I can't comment on their repairs, but Josh and Tyler are good people and will make sure you are taken care of. ~John

One of the worst vet clinics in Orange County NY. Wish I could give negative stars. Takes multiple calls to even schedule an appointment and wait time is at least 1.5 hours in the car. When you leave voicemails no one returns your call. I have brought my dog there multiple times and have specifically asked them for tests requested by his specialist and they still were not completed correctly or half completed which caused me to have to make more appointments and spend more money on my dog. Do not go here!! ~Stephanie

So I really like this Lowes. My experience with Rick in the appliances section was very excellent. I needed a washer dryer combo it was very busy and he was all alone. I must say other than the wait I got what I was looking for the information from Rick was outstanding, all my questions were answered and he was extremely busy. The fact that they still employ Brad is beyond me. I tried to return a defective switch and he refused to return it. I had previously called the store to confirm that I was within the 30 day window to refund, not exchange. I was. But he refused. I called customer service from the parking lot and they confirmed that Brad was wrong and that I was able to return the system. Customer service called Brad to tell him that I could return the game but he told them no. He’s condescending and rude and probably doing this to more people. ~Jessie
