The fact that they still employ Brad is beyond me. I tried to return a defective switch and he refused to return it. I had previously called the store to confirm that I was within the 30 day window to refund, not exchange. I was. But he refused. I called customer service from the parking lot and they confirmed that Brad was wrong and that I was able to return the system. Customer service called Brad to tell him that I could return the game but he told them no. He’s condescending and rude and probably doing this to more people. ~Jessie
