Took truck in to get a tire plugged. Appointment was at 1pm, got in right away. In and out in 20 min. Very friendly! I would recommend them for your tire needs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Be cautious if you purchase tires through Tirerack and ship them to this Monro. I made an appointment to get my tires installed, and when I showed up they quoted me more than double the price Tire Rack said it would be. At that point what am I supposed to do? I have 4 tires in their garage and no choice but to pay what they ask. I called Tire Rack to see what to do and they advised to go through with the install. They told me that Monro and Tirerack have contracted the install price, and Monro has to honor it. Tirerack asked for a receipt and they handled getting me a refund to match the internet price. Not sure if it was a training issue on the Monro end or an intentional attempt to upcharge. But, it created more work for me to do. The install itself was fine. In and out in about 2/2.5 hours. The tires were inflated to the correct psi and tpms was working.

Good customer service from the woman working the desk. I can’t say much about the tires being put on until some time passes. The biggest issue is how dirty the waiting area and restroom is. Both are filthy, looks like it’s been a year since either were cleaned. I hope they put more care in the service I came in for than they do in their presentation of the establishment.

We are in town on vacation and had a tire issue. Big ole bolt in the tire. These very friendly guys helped us out! We appreciate their quickness and thoroughness on a job well done!

Horrible! First the manager tells me to come in I end up waiting 2 hrs.. then they tell me something is broken..not 1 person 2 including supervisor..said I need to fix something because of safety hazard..I refused took it back to my regular oil change people. The same thing they said was broken wasn't! I'm furious this place tried to get me to pay for something that wasn't broken. I'll never recommend this place to anyone. In my opinion horrible thing to co. People..especially women!

I picked up a nail in my tire on the 4th of July, they were the only shop out of 5 who said they could fit me in the next day instead of waiting a week. They were busy, so it took ~20 min to have someone take a look at it, but from that point on it was a <10 minute fix and they didn't charge me for it. Thank you!

The entire team helped to make it an easy enough process. The only shop that was able to help me with the cross threaded lug nuts and change my tire all at the same time. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, my first time at this location. When I first went in, no one was at the front desk, and I waited for about 5 minutes until someone came in from the garage and scheduled an appointment with me for the next day. They weren't super friendly, but weren't mean either, just kind of indifferent toward me as a customer. Dropped off my car the next day, and they told me it would be about an hour. They kept to that timeframe, which I appreciated. They didn't relay any info about the fluid levels or anything from their inspection of the vehicle, so I assume everything is fine. When I got my car back, there was grease all over my steering wheel and the driver side door mat was covered in mud (see the photo). I know these guys work on cars all day and my car is a 2008, so it's not super nice, but still, they could have at least put something down so they wouldn't get my floor mat super filthy. Now I have to clean my carpet. Price was reasonable for the change, paid ~$100 for full synthetic, which is around what I am used to paying for my vehicle. So they get 3 stars for the price and time it took, but took off two stars for the indifference they showed to me and the interior of my car.

Had an emergency on July 3 on the way to lake Michigan. Blew out a boat trailer tire (never fun especially on a freeway) and then discovered the spare had a leaky valve stem after I installed it. These guys changed out the valve stem in about 2 minutes flat and then sent me on my way without accepting a payment. Very nice crew at this place. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Troy.
