Very clean environment. The holes were very polite and supportive. Everyone seemed to follow PPE protocol. So much equipment to choose from.Employees are very supportive but not too overbearing. They also offer classes to members.

CrossFit Federal Way - there are a lot of space, trainers always help and tell you the correct technique for the exercise, excellent training structure. For me personally, the best location, 5 minutes from home.

Had my first work out today, it was challenging but we had a great coach guiding us ! Everybody was super friendly ! could not be happier. This gym is big, clean and has quality equipment. Plenty of parking and great hours of operation. Come in and check it out !

I was wary to try Crossfit, as I've heard stories about pushing members too far, a lack in training, not to mention the higher price point. I was wrong about all 3 of those for Crossfit Federal Way. The owner, Eliott, was the one who greeted me and my friend at the door as we walked in. He gave us our first session free and encouraged us to take a course offered here where they taught us one on one all of the major movements used in Crossfit. The VALUE here is immense. I am getting a personal trainer pretty much every time I go in, watching my form, encouraging me, and giving me pointers. During COVID, Eliott also rented out most of the gym's equipment to members, while also uploading videos on a daily basis to help us with working out while in "lockdown." Check these guys out! Just walk in the front door and try out a session. Make the decision for yourself as to whether or not it's worth it for you!

CrossFit is all about community. CrossFit Federal Way has such an amazing community of individuals; it feels like a family. Eliott, the owner, has done such an amazing job fostering a culture of inclusivity. He is also very knowledgeable in all things CrossFit. You absolutely want someone who knows what they’re doing, and Eliott is definitely that guy. The trainers are also wonderful and the programming is not only effective, but creative and enjoyable. Absolutely a wonderful place to workout.

I’m so happy I started going to CFFW! I’m new to CrossFit and honestly in the past was very skeptical about it. Eliott and his team have created such a positive, safe and knowledgeable culture that I’m happy I made the decision to go there. Everyone is helpful and encouraging. I’ve never got the sense that anyone felt left out or not heard when they needed help. Also the workouts leave you sore for days 👌🏽!!! Thank you guys for all the time you put in to making CFFW great.

This place is so much more than a gym or a box. It becomes friends and family. I can’t say enough great things about CFFW to even give an idea of what a good place it is!!! I have come so far in my movements and strength. Coaches have taught me so many wonderful, amazing and helpful things!! This place is a five star plus!!!! Give it a try, you won’t regret it!!!

Great Crossfit box with amazing coaches. Its amazing how they are able to help inside and outside the gym. Not only are they able to help my movements, but they were also able to help me with nutrition questions i had.

My trainer at this gym is 5 star! I’ve not been in such a great shape and have lost nearly 30 lbs in the last year. He customized personal training in the most effective way to improve my strength, without the generic/usual over-training and muscle 'pain' which previous trainers inflicted typically. Highly recommend!

Challenging alternative to going to the gym and lifting weights or training for a triathlon. Movements are constantly varied and the workouts are well thought out. As a beginner, may make sense to go to less crowded classes as many of the movements will be unfamiliar.
