Walked in and was immediately greeted, signed in, and seated for my haircut by Breauna. She was knowledgeable, friendy, efficient, and we had a great conversation. I don't get my haircut often, and had more questions than the average customer, but she fielded them without hesitation, all while continuing to style and cut. Great cuts, good service, but man, have the prices shot up! $22 for a haircut. Pre-COVID, I could swear prices were $15 or $16 (I could be wrong) and I thought those prices were too high.

I got my haircut this morning 10/06/2022 with Amber! She was amazing. Great clips has a reputation of getting you in and out as fast as they possibly can. Be sure and check in with the app. I always check in with the app and am promptly brought back for my cut immediately or within a few minutes from my arrival. Everyone that has cut my hair is pleasant and does a great job. I only wish getting a haircut wasn't so expensive these days.

I was a walk in. I showed the hair stylist what I wanted. I told her I wanted my hair shorted, layered and thinned out, just like the picture. She said okay, cut my hair, kind of thinned it out and that was it. It looks nothing like the picture I showed her. I am really disappointed, especially after paying what I did. I'm sure they're great at what they do but don't tell someone you can and will give them the look they want and not do it. Service: Haircut

First negative experience today with Belva @ Bonney Lake who was quite bossy and abrupt as soon as I followed her over to the chair and did not listen to my instructions. No problem with anyone else and the salon is typically, quite good. Just picked a bad day to go, maybe? Service: Haircut

A worker there talked trash about me in front of my child. Something along the lines of "Oh, good luck. He always wants his hair shorter." A few other choice words were added that i can't post here...and you thought my son didn't hear you 😉 As far as caring about my hair length...Actually I'd like it done right, so I have to do that because you guys are terrible unless I'm literally paying full attention. Plus I tip good. I will never be back because of the rude comments and laziness. (I'll edit this with the ladies name once I find my receipt just so everyone knows who the piece of garbage stylist is too.) Not only that I've been there in the past & they closed in 20 mins & told me they'd rather not cut my hair because it was too close to closing....wow! Then turn off online check-in! Don't take my word for it on their horrible cuts READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS. Save yourself the trouble of having uneven bangs, wrong lengths etc....because if you DO say something they'll talk about your behind your back. Glad my son heard it all! Who treats customers like that??

Right before I left the woman said to me "if there's anything you don't like about your haircut come back in and I'll fix it for free." RED FLAG.....I got home and examined my cut further and I was devasted!!! I can't get my hair back and in order to fix it I'll have to go even shorter, something I was not prepared to do. I hadn't been in for a haircut for years so I WAS extremely excited when I went in to get a cut. The lady had at least a foot of length to get the cut right. Instead I walked out with my hair longer on one side than the other and uneven bangs. The first 3 pictures are me and what I was left with the last picture is what I told her I wanted. WTF lady?!!!!!?!!! I got my cut from a stylist named Dawn Follow up: I called the number from the review that the owner gave me on her comment below it was a basic customer service line for the place and all they said was they would get in touch with the bonney lake location and have them get in touch with me. That does nothing for my haircut I'm not gonna let them "FIX" my haircut......who knows what I'll come out looking like.

Stylist were great, helpful and patient. My 7 and 14 old boys went in there unprepared of how they wanted their hair cut. Both stylist helped us decide and we so patient and kind. No wait both my boys were able to get their cuts immediately.
