Walked in to AT&T store located on 1160 Old Peachtree Rd NW Suite E, Duluth, GA 30097 to purchase 2 new lines of service. Didn’t get the rude young ladies name but it was around 10am on 12/23/2020. She asked how could she help and told her what I needed. She then proceed to tell me she thinks I would be best going to a Apple store and buying the phone there. Which I didn’t get becuase I only told her that I needed 2 phones and wanted to port one number over. So I don’t understand why would she jump to that when she haven’t even gotten to the part of asking my information. Basically prolong the process, kept making excuses of why I should go to Apple and other ways of not getting the service at AT&T. I don’t understand as a sales person why not try to get the sale you work for AT&T why would you try to turn a customer around from the jump. Either it was laziness or racial because I am black and she was Asian/Korean whatever but totally unfair treatment. She does not need to be an employee with AT&T because she definitely lost a potential customer. Definitely find a new job!!!! Sales rep is not for you!
