I generally go to different Ross stores throughout LA and this location is one of the worst locations. The merchandise is okay here and don’t have any issues with this. The main problem is the lack of employees service and respectfulness at this location (1 or 2 employees are decent and want to point that out). A number of times I wanted to purchase some stuff from the counter at the front area and the employees just ignore you. You can try to get their attention or the store could be empty and it still doesn’t help. So they lost out on multiple sales. Another occasion I came in about 30 seconds or so after a homeless looking person but I was not paying attention to them on what or where they went. Anyways I was looking through the guy’s stuff as I normally do (not looking for anything particular usually, if something catches my eye then I go up and buy it) and a little while later one of their security started kinda watching over me. Then eventually asked if I knew or was with that guy. I said no. Then they asked why I was looking through the different sections of the Mens clothing. I said because I am looking for different items and not looking for one particular item. Then the security left. Still after this, the different security kept on going to my area and keeping an eye on me. Eventually I got something and bought it then left. I understand that it is their job to keep the store safe but don’t need to be all over a regular customer for someone else’s issue. In most cases I’ll buy something from any Ross. In a rare occasion there’s nothing that I like so I just leave empty handed. Will come back here but other other locations are way better so I’ll stick with those places.

I never write reviews ever. I don t want my experience to color the future of anyone else’s business. However tonight my experience at the Ros on Wilshire in Barrington was not just disgusting but irresponsible in the fact that when I tried to get the phone number of the woman who refused to check me out at 11:01 when I had to shopping carts by myself ringing them upstairs would not give me there and no one will give me her name or anything to report her I’ve never been treated like this in a store before and again I don’t write comments ever this is out of character so this is never happened to me I’ve never had an experience like it. So if I city say I will never be going back to that Ross in fact I consider never going to Ross again. Since they won’t give me her name all I can say is she’s heavy weight has orange hair because they didn’t diet all the way blonde or whatever halfway there and she’s loud and decided to tell the entire story then they were all in line that since I was last of us two shopping carts at 11:01 she wasn’t gonna check me out that time I could’ve been home with my family wasted. I hope this said checker reads this because you know you not just hurt my feelings but you took time away from my life by doing that I know you would’ve had to stay a few extra minutes to check me out do you had the whole store to clean I’ve worked in service my whole life it wouldn’t of been that big of a deal to check me out you took you made that choice and I’m gonna go to the end with this one who make sure I report it I’ll be coming to your store to find out your name and and make sure that you ever have to find out just how rude and outrageously inconvenient and horrible you are
