Ross Dress for Less

I generally go to different Ross stores throughout LA and this location is one of the worst locations. The merchandise is okay here and don’t have any issues with this. The main problem is the lack of employees service and respectfulness at this location (1 or 2 employees are decent and want to point that out). A number of times I wanted to purchase some stuff from the counter at the front area and the employees just ignore you. You can try to get their attention or the store could be empty and it still doesn’t help. So they lost out on multiple sales. Another occasion I came in about 30 seconds or so after a homeless looking person but I was not paying attention to them on what or where they went. Anyways I was looking through the guy’s stuff as I normally do (not looking for anything particular usually, if something catches my eye then I go up and buy it) and a little while later one of their security started kinda watching over me. Then eventually asked if I knew or was with that guy. I said no. Then they asked why I was looking through the different sections of the Mens clothing. I said because I am looking for different items and not looking for one particular item. Then the security left. Still after this, the different security kept on going to my area and keeping an eye on me. Eventually I got something and bought it then left. I understand that it is their job to keep the store safe but don’t need to be all over a regular customer for someone else’s issue. In most cases I’ll buy something from any Ross. In a rare occasion there’s nothing that I like so I just leave empty handed. Will come back here but other other locations are way better so I’ll stick with those places. ~Josh

ZARA

The price tag was $25.90, but when they scanned it was $27.90. I went back to the store and asked about the wrong price. And, only 3 out of 4 had a price tag attached. They told me that it was because they put the price tag wrong, but they are not responsible for one that doesn't have a price tag. They said that they could only refund items that were paid incorrectly on the receipt. Later, the manager came and told me that it was my fault for not checking when I bought an item without a price tag, and then she just left. I really upset about that was the manager's rude action. I think she could have served customers a little better as a manager,,,,, I don't think her attitude was good. I was unhappy so, I just left. When you guys buy something from here, I advise you guys to check that there is price tag and that the price is scanned properly. ~CHRISTINE

Ugh. A shopper's nightmare. The Century City store is busy the store never has enough registers open. Long waits for dressing rooms. And restocking on in demand styles is a maze no one has figured out. Transfers between stores should be on the menu. Not every thing can be done on the app. Staff is nice, just a slack management response. They need a new system. Floor staff could be ringing people up in line with hand devices and a separate person could take the security tags off. ~Judi

Today was a raffle and it was the most unorganized one I have been too . Multiple tickets were handed out .when it was suppose to be one person. The worker knew people were getting multiple pairs and turned a blind eye to it. The manger was selling/ giving away raffle tickets to people he knew . When the raffle started They mumbled when calling out numbers . If you only have 200 pair why are you handing out 1000 tickets. The kicker was there was so many people waiting around traffic was jammed and someone had an accident. This place is the worst when it comes to raffles!!! ~Kay

H&M

Amazing store, clean and well trained staff. I love what H&M is doing with recycled clothes. Lilyana at the DTLA location was beyond kind and helpful for my purchase and clothing needs. Excellent example of perfection and professional etiquette regardless of rude customers trying to pull her in all directions while I'm being tended to. Thank you! ~Andrew
