The manager at this store is incompetent and lazy. At 7:45 pm today she closed ALL fitting rooms (store closing at 9pm). There were multiple staff members folding clothes and straightening displays and she herself was counting cash at the checkout (75 minutes before the shop closing up time). As the fitting room closeup was not announced ahead of the closure several shoppers like myself were left unable to try and buy clothes after investing long time selecting items. When I approached manager, she kept repeating ‘as we are closing in nearly an hour and we have to neaten the shop I cannot help you’. Clearly customers do not matter at this store, having neat piles takes priority.

Every time I’m in this store I leave feeling frustrated. The customer service is less than desirable. Employees act like customers asking questions or waiting to checkout inconvenience their day. The line is always longer than it should be and the processes are always inefficient and not considerate to customers. But you will find the coolest piece of clothing that will last you one wear.

I have a hate/love relationship w this store. The best one imo is the one at the grove bc it’s 2 stories, but it’s always a mess. Their dressing rooms are closed right now, so you have to wait to try on at home. It’s a pain to have to return bc the lines are always so long. I like the DTLA one too. It’s pretty big. Got these cute flat sandals
