However, the 3 clerks at the Hollywood store that I met on my first and only visit to return an online purchase were unhelpful, unprofessional, lazy and rude to the point I just said nevermind and walked out. I have no intention of returning to that store, or even buying anything from the company online again

Then I went back the next day because Footlocker didn't have 7.5 Jordans kids size but I came back to Shiekh and Deric saved the day during the holidays putting a big smile on my sons face as well as mine. Great customer service & knowledge of deals. Didn't feel pressured into my purchase or rushed out the door. I highly recommend coming in and seeing Deric for all your needs from mens, women & kids got my whole team looking nice for a great price. The young gentleman Deandre was the perfect salesman and I walked out spending 900 when I thought it would be more like 50 LOL. The employees opened the store half an hour late at 10:30am and told everyone that they only had sizes 10.5 and up available. Shoe stores typically are allocated shoes in full size runs. The fact that they had multiple size 10.5 and 11s makes little sense as this shoe should have been available down to a size 8.
