Loved the fact I place an order online was able to get refunded back at the store and they even reordered the size I needed which was mailed to my home free if shipping charges.

Had a wonderful experience today, after more than a year stuck at home. I went in kinda hesitant but both associates were so helpful and Rebecca informed me that I can call to schedule appointment with stylist for FREE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I don't shop here but my daughter is 5'9 all legs. We came here after every clothing store said order from on-line. Why don't they carry the sizes in store. It takes almost a week to get them and forbid they not long enough and then what. It's not right and now I see why she gets mad.

One thing that bothers me is their real women dollars or whatever they call it now. I have a buy $50 worth get $25 off. However the days that they have this in order to redeem the coupon offer they remove all sales! They have the sales before the day starts to redeem so you're not really getting a deal like you should have. 3 stars for having my bra size more than the Torrance location.
