Me and my fiancée bought a mattress with a adjustable bed, the adjustable bed was delivered like 2 weeks after we bought it but the mattress has not been delivered yet we’ve called multiple times and they keep saying they are going to do a dock search and nothing happens it has been extremely frustrating because we recently got married and have been sleeping on the floor for all this time while they can’t find our mattress extremely disappointed with jc penny. The package was lost, but thanks to one of the supervisors there, I wish I would have wrote his name down, the package was found. That supervisor is the main reason they are getting 5 stars.
