5 Best shoe store in Lakewood, California (CA) 2024

I was looking for my daughter and found her in the bed section doing this at jcpennys they have really good pricing for stuff here ~Grace

We went three nights in one week to buy a lot of things for our house. Two times the lady spent over backwards and we're very helpful and we left with things he wasn't even there to buy cuz they gave us such good deals. Then a couple other ones don't work so hard they just scan your stuff and take your money. But they do have some very good workers there when they need part-time and she's been there a long long time she's very very helpful. ~betty

Greedy!! Tries to take advantage of customer trades. Must think customers are uneducated or don't know basic math. Was willing to trade $200 retail shoes for $100 retail shoes. Regardless of the mark up price they were still getting a good deal but they still wanted me to pay $140 on top of the trade for some shoes that cost $100 retail. Sorry but momma didn't raise no fool. ~Manuel

Typically Champs is a great place to shop. Unfortunately, this location did not deliver on great customer service and from the manager. She was discourteous and did not make me feel like a valued customer. I will not shop at this location again. ~Amb
