Um I just had to talk to customer service on the phone to explain a little bit more of what the magenta max plan was. I was extremely misinformed. A younger girl told me that the charger, protection plan and these accessories were apart of my bundle. She even said that it was free… not it was zero down today and going to be billed for the next 12 months. She even messed up with adding a phone case and couldn’t remove it without her managers code and now I’m paying for two? I told her I didn’t want to pay for anything extra and I could get it somewhere cheaper if I wanted like the screen protector or phone case. With that being said, she didn’t even make sure my SIM card was working in my new phone so when I went home it didn’t work at all. So I had to drive all the way back and tell her what the problem is. Please make sure your employees know what they are talking about. I hate questioning what is on my bill and if someone just wanted to make extra money off of me. If that was the case I would’ve said no.

Here’s this story: My parents brought a iPhone 13 Pro Max, somehow it was bundled with a screen protector and a USBC charger since apple doesn’t include them anymore due to “environmental impacts”. We were try to return it since we are not going to spend 20 bucks on something we have a ton of at home. Well then a young lady explained that it was part of the bundle and if I want to return it, we have to return everything and they Will charge US a 70 dollar restocking fee. I understand that. That wasn’t the problem. Then a young men trying to convince me (I’m majoring in Computer Engineering) that if I use the new 13 Pro Max with the old USBA charger it would “burn up the battery” because it would keep charging it from 99-100% again and again after the battery is full and USBC will always keep it at 100%. And he said it would make the battery hot if it’s plug in over night. It’s literally nonsense. I decided to let it go since I was a hurry. On a technical stand point USBC will deliver more watts (basically how fast your phone, laptop, etc will charge) than USBA, this enables what apple calls “fast charge”. Also USBC will carry 2x more data through the cable. Your battery is controlled by the BMS. Which determines charging characteristics. Overall, the service was alright.

Mike and Nicolette were amazing. They need a raise. THIS WAS BACK IN JULY BUT I PROMISED THEM I would write a review.. I needed a phone and I was going crazy and they had the exact one I needed and were super helpful even though I had my two kids with me they worked with me and were super quick about the whole process. . I could not have asked for better service and they were amazing. If you need anything, go to this store. You won't regret it. These two deserve a raise. Like seriously extremely helpful.

I usually go to apple when dealing with iPhone purchases but I took a chance this time with T-Mobile so see if I could maybe get a good deal and it worked out perfectly. I was able to get the new iPhone 12 but what made it better was the customer service. Muhammed Haji made me more confident in buying from T-mobile. He was efficient and showed great attitude and knowledge as well. Thank you! Highly Recommend
