Excellent service very helpful people. The young lady and man there helped me with my phone issues i was having and they were very great in explaining the steps and also helped other customers while assisting me. I will definitely come back to this location and tell my friends!!

Experience was terrible my cousin Stop by this location to do a payment and the guy that was supposedly helping was so unprofessional took so long to help her. He had line of people waiting and he was really slow plus another employee a female was just distracting him talking to him about other things while he was tryng to help customers. Both so unprofessional please don't hire people that have poor or no customer service skills Cricket. After been in the store for 30 minutes didn't even get a receipt for her pymt. Wished we could've gotten names of the employees but the visit was today sep 10, 2020 around 2:00pm. Really bad Experience Never coming to this store Again.
