Absolutely horrible customer service! Joe had NO knowledge how to do a online return… wanted to argue with me that he couldn’t do it.. I asked for a manager, he said he was the manager. Finally made a phone call and started the process… took way to long and asked for useless documents to proceed for a return that had a already printed label..

This is a perfect place to buy tons of video games. I went their to buy fifa 19 for my Xbox360. I have old console but they do not have that game for that console. I glanced multiple games but did not buy anything. They seem friendly and helpful. Also, store is very close to my place. I might go back in future for video games.

Not a huge fan of Game Stop's corporate policies, but not once has an employee at this store shoved a Power Up Rewards subscription in my face so I'd they they're pretty good. Nice, helpful staff! If you just need to get a game, this is a easy choice.

Bought a used game here the other day and the girl working behind the counter was great. She was very helpful and the price for the game was more than fair. I have used this place several times and will continue to give them business when I can.
