I’d been in communication with the staff regarding a medication that I had been harassing my GP for all day and the pharmacy staff was patient and helpful each time I called for verification. They even filled my medication the same day it was approved. They really made my day and this is why I will continue to choose this pharmacy for all my medicinal needs!

I regret that my first review is a negative one, but it must be said... The pharmacy at this store has terrible manners. Over the phone, I've been kept on hold with no resolution in sight. I would like to think that it's because the pharmacist on the line was helping me. BUT they placed me on hold before getting my name or rx #/name. Yeah, hard pass.

I called them on my lunch break and wasted my entire hour lunch break talking to these people about my prescriptions. The girl I spoke to was rude didn't have a clue about what she was talking about...she said I needed to bring in my insurance card in order for her to tell me how much I'd pay... hung up on me several times...my entire lunch break wasted just so that they won't put me through this bc I know they'll have me waiting a long time bc its happened to me several times before. I called when I got off work, prescriptions were ready yet they still gave me a hard time. Wasted my lunch break just for them to do me wrong anyway! I'm tired from working as a Labtech overwhemed from positive Covids all day....I hate coming here bc it's ALWAYS something with them. The pharmacy manager from cap cost is nice but never again!

I filled out an online information a day before to refill a prescription. The day before i received a text message confirming my prescription is ready. When I drove to the pharmacy, i was informed that i need to contact my provider. I had to go out of my way to drive to the pharmacy in the rain and fill out my information online just to receive the wrong information. To top it off, the pharmacy never corrected my information regardless of how many times i had to correct my information online.

These people are dreadful. The woman who answers the phone had an attitude and was very sarcastic. If you don’t want to be at work go home. It’s as simple as that. I came to pick my script up and they didn’t even greet me. Both looked up and said nothing. Not one moment or anything. Then when it came time to pay the man there wouldn’t look up the good rx for me. I haven’t been to not one pharmacy that doesn’t automatically do it for you when they know you don’t have insurance. He told me step to the side so he can help the next person. Hopefully I don’t have to deal with them no time soon.

I am a heart patient with three stents. Same meds (3) every six months. Critical. My current prescriptions were sent over at 10:00a on Wednesday, April 14th. It is now Tuesday, April 20th. Seven days. Still not filled. *UPDATE* The pharmacy has recognized their oversight and apologized. My prescriptions were filled pronto on Wednesday, April 21st.

Sent my wife to get my prescriptions and they told her it would take 1hour so I sent my father in law to go back and pick it up 1 hour later. They had him wait another 30 mins total. He said they were extremely rude, unorganized and way off with timing. They kept having to verify the same information over and over. He couldn’t take it no more so he left. Long story short, my wife has to drive back 30 mins just to get my prescription. I’m in a lot of pain and this so call 1hour wait is turned into a 2 1/2 hour wait due to their unprofessionalism.

I could give this pharmacy ZERO stars. This is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with this pharmacy. The young women who happen to be working 3/13/19, have the worst attitudes ever (Tech. Diana) and pharmacist Jennifer. They should not be working there if they clearly hate their jobs. Not only did she make us wait an hour at the store, but she also refused to answer the telephone when I called. They told us the meds would be ready Wednesday( from original Sunday). We arrive and she has this nasty attitude and refuse to talk to us about our prescription. Do not come here.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They take hours to get in prescriptions. The assistants have bad attitudes and don't want to help people. They also really seem to hate their jobs. I've never had a pharmacy that was not willing to call a doctor or another pharmacy. They refuse to make phone calls for the customer. The customer has to do everything. I called in my prescription on time and they weren't willing to let me get it on the same day they put it back a few days later, even when I explained I had moved over 30 minutes away and I accepted a new position working overtime. I wasn't even allowed to speak to the manager on shift about it. They are unprofessional and I will never be back.
