After receiving the wrong delivery order twice I had to drive down to this McDonald’s and wait in line, after waiting we got our food and headed home. When we opened the bags we found out that the meat used for our quarter pounders was RAW. Never going here again smh.

Review is on service. Been sitting in curbside for 30 minutes for my order watching the drive they line move swiftly and the inside lines move swiftly. Yet, all curbside cars have yet to move for 30 minutes. Do not order curbside at this location. Very unfortunate. Update- I changed my review form one star to two stars because the employee that brought my food was apologetic. However, the two star rating is for lack of management direction. Manager should be watching all and ensuring all “lines” of ordering are moving. Get it together McDonalds. Train your management on management.

Their lobby closes at night and causes absurd lines and the wait can take an hour. We've been dealing with the pandemic for over 2 years now, it's embarrassing that they still have not adapted to changes. DON'T stay open 24 hrs if you can't handle it. The night rush is bigger and busier than any rush during the day. I notice their "for hire" signs say they offer "up to $15/hr." UP TO? As in, you're still paying workers less than $15 in 2022? $15 should be the MINIMUM. Raise your wages then I guarantee you'd have enough people working to keep the store running smoothly at night.

This has to be the worse McDonald's. The last visit I had there I waited 20 mins in the drive thru line and most of the staff was friendly except the guy passing out food at the pick up window. He shoved the food in to my car and was trying to get me out of there. I asked him if everything was there and I was in a rush too but when I got back home, we got someone else order. This isn't the first time that has happened to me. The time before that I ordered my daughter a unsweetened tea and got ice coffee. And the time before that, I was missing part of my order. It seems like every time I come here, something is wrong or messed up. Good luck if you come here.

Store closes it’s doors to the dining area and only allows cars in the drive through. 30 plus cars waiting in line. DoorDash drivers avoid they will not bring food out and they take the phone off the hook. Pitiful excuse for a business.

There’s McDonalds in every corner, but this location is truly special. Always delivered great tasting food and very quick with UberEats delivery. Never had missing items, and this is super important especially with hosting guests. Take a look at this deliciousness!

Today I got a kids cheeseburger. My son said it was dry so I opened up the burger and there was no meat. They seemed busy (as usual) but definitely to busy to get an order right. McDonalds will never fail at being the worst fast food restaurant.

Worst customer service. I came at night and they were rude as all get out. Tried another day in the afternoon and it was so busy. Nothing but teenagers working and they get attitude when you ask for anything (I asked for a straw …forgive me for assuming it came with my drink). Tonight was no different. They were scooping ice from a ice chest that looked dirty with the cup I was given… no scoop (unsanitary) and when I went inside to dump it and get ice from machine, it didn’t work. I asked for ice and not from the bucket and he (manager) took my cup to the back, took a while then came back looking suspicious (no telling what he did to my cup back there) I ended up drinking a like warm cup of orange soda. NEVER AGAIN 3 strikes… your out.

Came today, October 13th and we had a typical barely ok experience. The Quarter Pounder wasn't put together very well. The fries we not even close to full and the Dr Pepper was mostly the clear carbonated stuff with a splash of Dr Pepper syrup and the cup was no where near full. Whoever filled the cup had to of seen there was no syrup and not close to full. It just proves they simply don't care about customers. The food tasted ok, not the drink, it was dumped down the drain.

Lately this location has gotten really really bad. The last few times I've been there my order has been totally screwed up. Today my wife went through the drive through and ordered the Big Mac meal with a Sprite. The Big Mac didn't have any cheese, lettuce or anything on it. Just the beef patties and the buns. The Sprite was room temperature and had only about four pieces of ice in it. Needless to say that I won't be returning ever again. Even though this location is a mere 1 mile away from my house I'll drive elsewhere. This is absolutely atrocious service. Wish I could've given zero stars. I guess it happens so often that the manager I spoke with didn't seem to care.
