Chicken "Strips" were the size of Nuggets (pictured). Chicken Sandwich was the size of breakfast Sandwich (not pictured). I love CFA but was disappointed with this location. Maybe they were running low on food during lunch rush and figured they'd just serve the smaller portions to get by?

Came to SA for my grandson's birthday. He LOVES Chic-fil-a and the one we went to did not disappoint. The food was great and the service was better.

First time I ever had to complain about a chick-fil-a. Disappointing visit, my wife had just given birth and she wanted chick-fil-a. I had to repeat myself 4 times, got the order wrong. When I let them know at the window, they tended to ignore me until I got upset. Did not offer or suggest condiments. Had to pull in and as I approached the door, one of the workers said "sorry we closed", I just asked for ketchup and BBQ and looked at me and rolled their eyes and got them. Not a interact I was expecting, especially after my wife going through a 15 hr labor.

I ordered on the mobile app. Just 5 piece nuggets. Check them before you leave. I got 3 and a bunch of fried crumbs. Very disappointed. The little fried pieces didn't even have chicken which in a way I would have understood if it counted as a nugget but it was all fried ends.

So we ordered the 12 piece chicken nugget meal and when I asked if I could buy two more sauces other than the two it came with. The girl had mentioned to me that they can't do that and I said but I will buy them she says they're going to make you buy a whole box full?? I asked if I could speak to her manager and then she just went inside and grab too I don't know what her deal is but the day before we had asked for extra barbecues sauce as they completely forgot and she came back out with one barbecue sauce and one ketchup..... She's the chunky little Hispanic female. Lame service at this location

I it was quick and fast.. I also was able to get my order and whatever needed to be changed was done quickly and nice… I appreciate the workers and Thank you JAMES (I believe that’s his name)for taking time out to find the price of my my cows…

When I ordered through the drive thru I ordered 2 separate spicy chicken sandwiches. One as a meal, and one just by itself with fries. I explained to the guy that took my order that I wanted to use my points to take off the sandwich that’s was by itself. He said okay and told us the total ($13.65) and since we were paying with cash they would help us at the window. When at the window they asked for the name, we paid, and they gave us our food. As we were driving off we noticed they forgot the sandwich we used points for. We stopped and said “excuse me” when the manager came out she asked to check the bag then said she would be right back. I parked and ended up having to go inside. When I got inside I was explained that the receipt was charged incorrectly and the items were all sold separately. I explained the coupon was to be applied to a regular spicy sandwich. Not a deduction from the meal that was never charged as a meal. I was told that it was my fault for not explaining my order even thou there was just a meal and a reward points sandwich being purchased. The assistant manager stood there badgering me about them being right and me ordering wrong for about 3 minutes… after some time of her explaining she just walked away and left me in the lobby, she grabbed the manager “nick” and he came to me with the original receipt in hand that I never received from the window. He explained the same stuff as she did and told me not to yell at the employees from the drive thru window. After him obnoxiously telling me to not too do it again. I corrected him and told him I was getting the young lady’s attention. After a few minutes of him belittling me he asked if my order was read back to me at all. I said no and he said then “that was our mistake”. So he gave me my correct sandwich and finally allowed me to leave with the original receipt stuffed in the new bag. Chick fila prides itself in customer service and this is a prime example of how a situation should not be handled. Thanks for making me look like I was begging for a free sandwich in front of other guest nick… I recommend you be present for training/overseeing your staff all around. Not just in the cozy office in the back.

They were very fast. I didn't know the menu very well but they brought me a menu and explained everything. Wasn't a big fan of the Mac and cheese but we loved the waffle frys and the spicy chicken sandwich.

The meal is always good. A favorite for my grand children. But my last visit, a meal was missing the sandwich. We had been at the hospital,so didn't go back. It was a large order.

I don't usually eat fast food, but when I do my preference is Chick-fil-A. Their food is tasty and their customer service is exceptional. This visit was as expected. I visited during the lunch rush about 12:00p.m. and the place was hopping. Drive thru lines were long but that didn't stop folks from getting in them. My wife and I were passing thru town so I decided to go inside to use the facilities and order take out so we could continue our journey. As I waited in line I couldn't help but notice how friendly, courteous, and professional the folks behind the counters were. The tempo was extremely high yet every worker had a smile and nothing but positive comments to their customers. I ordered a Deluxe sandwich meal along with a Market salad and two orders of 12-count nuggets. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes for my order and the food was as fresh and tasty as I'm used to. Great job Chick-fil-A! It's no wonder the customer base is so loyal to this brand.
