You would think after a few months of 1 star reviews this location would improve their customer service. Wrong. I’ve been a Sprint customer for over 15 years and stayed with T-Mobile throughout the merge. I went into this location to trade in my phone for an upgrade. The store manager dropped my phone after removing the case. He cracked the front of my screen then insisted it was not his problem nor nothing to do. Either he lied or doesn’t know how the policy works here. I had to go to a different location to receive the quality service any customer deserves. I’m really dissatisfied and will make a formal complaint against Fransisco. TLDR; store manager broke my phone leaving it a worse condition than when I came in making me ineligible for a trade in

I was very disapointed wit the policy i purchase a new samsumg s22 and the picture quality was poor brought it back i24 days latter and they told me their policy is 14 days they can give me a use one .that it cant be exchage .i felt very not comfortable obout it . Buy it directly from Samsung .

The representative in this store are amazing and attentive. I was a metro customer and I was scared and hesitant but Mercedes helped ease my mind. She is so kind and patient. She's an angel, she answered all my questions. I would recommend her to anyone. This should be the store everyone goes to

I’m currently sitting in this store. My visit tonight has been grueling because of a system’s failure on the part of T-Mobile. This store and staff has gone above and beyond to bypass it, re-try transactions for customers repeatedly and do whatever else necessary in an effort to assist us. I would like to acknowledge a young lady by the name of Mercedes who has personally assisted me tonight. Her customer service has been exceptional throughout this entire ordeal!! She is definitely an asset to your staff and this community!!

My most recent experiences at this store have been great. There was little to no wait probably due to the fact that they hired a lot more reps than in previous years. Everyone there seems pleasant and I always experience great customer service when I go there. Jensy was knowledge and made out purchase a breeze.

I’ve come in a couple of times to this store. Usually employees are nice but the manager, Isaac, always has a very condescending tone with his customers. I thought it was just me but other friends who have T-Mobile and have come to this store have said the same thing. and he was yelling at his employees, that’s no way to treat your workers!!! Please do better with customer service!
