I ordered on the mobile app. Just 5 piece nuggets. Check them before you leave. I got 3 and a bunch of fried crumbs. Very disappointed. The little fried pieces didn't even have chicken which in a way I would have understood if it counted as a nugget but it was all fried ends. ~Rocky

I have been eating Chick fil A since the 1980s. The quality has gone down in the last 5 years but its still ok. I always get an extra sandwich to eat the next day. Today i went to heat my extra sandwich and it had 2 small pieces of chicken instead of 1 large one. I have NEVER had that happen before. Quality is not what it used to be at all. ~Regina

I love chick. I live closest to this location presently. The last three times I’ve gone have been bad experiences but this time was the worst. I ordered a Cobb salad asking for just no corn and lemons in the bag. My order was repeated to me several times but when I got home it was not what I ordered. I got only part of what I ordered. No lemons. And missing ingredients. I STILL was going to eat the salad. Bc I understand it’s a busy store. I noticed however, while eating a grainy almost sandy like texture. I looked in the salad and saw actual dirt in my salad. It was an unwashed salad. This could cause food poisoning. This is very dangerous. And to pay $10 not get what you ordered and potentially get food poisoning is unforgivable. Very sad. Not all Chick-fil-A are like this. The staff is always very friendly but this is a scary mistake on the kitchens half. And lack of attention from the staff. If I get sick I’ll know where I got it. ~Kayla

The ladies are always rude, definitely not consistent with typical chik-fil-a customer service. The food is premade and sitting on a hot plate, it is not made to order or customizeable and they have far less options. Everything is cold and rushed, especially the workers' attitude ~Devin

Don’t eat inside. Looks apocalyptic in there chairs stacked in one corner stuff everywhere. Dirty dirty too, nothing close to what it was pre COVID19. Terribly disappointed in customer service. Obviously they have shifted from dine in hospitality to cranking out the drive through business. ~FIDEL

They always have my online order ready here as soon as I arrive. As a teacher, it’s awesome to get your food on time and still enjoy it without being in a rush for your next class. It’s the best, I love the customer service here, they never forget a sauce, they always have everything neatly packaged instead of just throw in the bag. I love coming here, thank y’all, keep up the awesome work. Super lucky to have one near work! Also I recommend downloading the app to receive points for your purchases and claim them for free food !! My husband stopped and ordered . The Cobb salad was supposed to be grilled chicken. It was fried chicken instead. I have been trying to call and nobody answered the phone. Check your order before you leave. ~Teresa

In for an early lunch at 11:30. Fast service, staff seemed happy to be at work. Clean inside. Ordered a triple meat with cheese bun less. The employee suggested a lettuce wrap which I did not even know was available. Good suggestion Arrived with fries instead of the onion rings I asked for, hence only 4 stars. I asked them to correct and was told they would have to ask a manager?? The manager came out with my onion rings so all was well. I would visit here again! After tasting my food I changed to 5 stars. Very good, better than just the burger patties I usually get. ~Island

normally, the service here is great. I am a regular at this location, and Rose always goes above and beyond when helping out customers. I am certain she is the backbone of the staff and is the only reason why I am giving this place such a high rating. I use the app to order every time, so it should not be that difficult to bring my order out in a timely fashion. today whenever i visited, it took 25 minutes (and multiple pushes of the drive-thru stall button) before they even told me that they gave my order to someone else. they then took another 15 minutes before they brought out my order. the staff that works there normally is unorganized and untimely. this location is usually a go-to but after this incident, i’m afraid i won’t be coming back. ~Mackenzie
