For the first time ever at Chick-Fil-A I received horrible service. My milkshake was very runny and when I got the second one it looked like they just put new whipped cream on the top and made it look more presentable. When I asked for another milkshake the manager argued with me saying that’s how they come. That is not true and the third shake was just fine. The food was also cold and when I let the manager know she gave me a look and then just took the bag without saying anything. It seemed like the manager was putting food costs over customer service and her tactics were trickling down to her employees.

Chick-fil-A has become the only restaurant we will go to for drive-thru. They have not lowered the quality of their food at all! It remains excellent! I love their kale crisp salad. We have tried other drive-thru restaurants that we've used for years and they're a lot more expensive and don't serve the same quality of food they served before Covid. Shame on them! Thank you Chick-fil-A!!

I ordered a market salad on a Wednesday, it was good and I ate it pretty fast since I have a short lunch. The next day Thursday I had a bad stomach pain and basically was in the restroom all day. I vomited 2 times. I also lost about 8 hours of work that would have been overtime. Friday was my day off and i was still recovering from the previous day. I have a feeling the chicken wasn’t cooked properly, the fruit wasn’t fresh. For the next time if I go back, I recommend checking the food.

Out of all the restaurants I order curbside they really take care of their customers they didn't have the ice bag that I normally order she came out and advised me and ask if I wanted a refunded my card or something else.. Thanks guys and girls for such great customer service.

Food was good as always!! Came quick and was hot when we got it. Employees were very kind and treated us exceptionally well. They cleared our trays when we were done and offered to get us refills for our drinks while we were still sitting down! It was awesome.

They always have my online order ready here as soon as I arrive. As a teacher, it’s awesome to get your food on time and still enjoy it without being in a rush for your next class. It’s the best, I love the customer service here, they never forget a sauce, they always have everything neatly packaged instead of just throw in the bag. I love coming here, thank y’all, keep up the awesome work. Super lucky to have one near work! Also I recommend downloading the app to receive points for your purchases and claim them for free food !! Super worth!! I love that y’all have a rewards program for chicken lovers :)

bought a large fry and this is what i got.. plus they were cold. i would’ve just bought a small fry if i knew this was going to be the serving size. better yet, i shouldn’t have bought a large fry at all, considering this small portion was already cold and stale.
