The worst place ever!! After almost 1 hour waiting for the order, there were a missing sandwich!!! So they charged me and no sandwich!!! I just realized it later 😡😡😡 never more!!!

Strange experience of their drive thru. You stop at the end and a car hop delivers your food and takes your payment, not sure what difference between just parking??? Then they got 1/2 my order completely wrong. I ordered 2 #7's with 1 being the meal and the other just the entrée. With the meal I ordered an unsweet tea. I received the #7 correctly except the tea was sweet. And then the entrée was not the chili cheese coney dog but just a hot dog with mustard and onions! Very disappointed! Check your order before you leave, IF you even decide to eat there!

normally, the service here is great. I am a regular at this location, and Rose always goes above and beyond when helping out customers. I am certain she is the backbone of the staff and is the only reason why I am giving this place such a high rating. I use the app to order every time, so it should not be that difficult to bring my order out in a timely fashion. today whenever i visited, it took 25 minutes (and multiple pushes of the drive-thru stall button) before they even told me that they gave my order to someone else. they then took another 15 minutes before they brought out my order. the staff that works there normally is unorganized and untimely. this location is usually a go-to but after this incident, i’m afraid i won’t be coming back.

I’m confused by this place really, how are you going to have stalls and not use ordering as well?? Supposedly you can only use it when you order ahead 🤔.. Also, become aware when you order here late they are extremely slow and lazy when coming to delivering our food and put the wrong condiments that we asked for.. ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE ALLERGIC TO THE INGREDIENTS THAT IN THEM!

It’s always they’re only taking cash or you have to go through the drive through which takes forever. Seems like an excuse for customers to be sent away. I only go to this one since it’s most convenient, but now I’m just driving down the highway to another.

Great service at this Sonic! Id had trouble with the app and my order of 3 drinks never went thru. The manager was a nice man..made the drinks, and told us have a good day! GREAT customer service! Turned a bad experiencd due to the app..into a GREAT one!

My favorite Sonic in all of San Antonio and I've been to most of them. It is no exaggeration when I say that my order is always accurate, timely and tasty. The staff is quick. Like, really quick. Particularly the car hops. You ever seen those videos where there's a cat that's across the room and you look away for a second and they are in your face? That's the car hops. There is one carhop that always tells me to have a beautiful night and by some decree of fate, I end up doing just that. Great place.

My wife and I spent about an hour going through some of these hilarious one star reviews so decided to check this location out ourselves. In summary: - super friendly, sweet lady took our order and was patient to wait for us to decide what we wanted - food + drinks were correct and great per usual sonic standard - we waited 4 minutes for our order via drive through - forgot to put nerds in the blue raspberry slush, lady politely literally RAN to grab us a small to go container or nerds Conclusion: it’s a Sonic… chill out

Ok. It’s a Sonic. The food here is pretty much the same as any other Sonic. What makes this one unique is they have an indoor dining room. Kind of nice when you don’t want to eat in your car, and it isn’t nice enough to sit outside.
