No one around to help. Wasn't able to get questions answered. When someone did finally come, I saw him look over at me but never offered assistance. Hmmm... I decided to walk to the desk area to seek his assistance. However, another man walked by before I got to him and he engaged him in conversation. I decided to leave and check out a Lowes, nearer my side of town, on another day.

Had a great experience tonight. About 30 minutes to close I came into the store for a rug and had two employees help me roll it and wrap it up without even asking. They did a great job. I only caught one of their names, Tyler, but I’d like to recognize both great efforts. And so close to closing time. Thanks!

Absolutely horrible customer service,purchased a refrigerator & the delivery guys “contractors” not lowes employees claimed they’re not trained to remove the doors to bring it in through the threshold of my dining room to get to the kitchen,but removed the freezer door so they left it in the foyer.lowes was supposed to send out an “installer” which they haven’t now I can’t get in touch with anyone to correct the problem.Just poor customer service I guess the foyer will be my new area for my refrigerator.Awful service I guess I should say thanks lowes,never again!!! 👎
