Today I had a bad experience with Dan who’s working there. It was easy matter but he’s made it complicated. I bought a booster cable. The cable has defects wasn’t working well, then I came back to returned it , he became mad with no respect.. he push me to call the police for help.. Really I feel bad

Unmotivated and rude associates. These people seem to hate their job, not helpful at all and rude attitude. Was there about 2 months ago and the associate was not happy to be working. I asked for specific part and he kept asking questions about what it was for, even after pulling the item on the advance app, he would still be asking irrelevant questions about the item. My second visit was this week, no better luck. Two associates just standing there behind the counter playing with their phones and unwilling to even acknowledge one was there. I walked out the store, there are plenty of other auto part stores that want my business and my money.

Bad associate, doesn't want to help customers nor provide direction on how to use small engine gas stabilizer. You have to look it up that was the answer. Thanks Advance Auto. I will find another location or shop Auto Zone.

Had a serious issue with my battery and needed a new one. Tiffany looked in the system and said she couldn't do it due to it being over 30 min. I explained the location of the battery and instead of taking the easy way out and following the systems advice, she offered to take a look at the location of the battery. She agreed it would not be a long install and went ahead and did it quickly and efficiently.

Quite sad as a parts store. As a master mechanic for 20+ years, this store time to satisfy very little in available parts/ let alone service. The staff is lacking, the prices are inflated.. If you don't believe it / Try their online portal... Load your cart and leave. They will send you a 15% 20% 25% Off coupon.... To further lure you in... Most likely, they still won't have the part... So, if you need something, Good luck

I've always had good experiences at this Advanced Auto Parts location. Today, Tiffany helped me with my wiper blades. At first, she recommended I wipe down my wiper blades to remove any grime from them. I bought everything she told me to, but this did not help my wipers. She later recommended a different brand of wiper blade, and they worked perfectly., Thank you Tiffany for all your help and hard work!
