Best tool rental service in Villa Park, Illinois (IL) 2024

Today I had a bad experience with Dan who’s working there. It was easy matter but he’s made it complicated. I bought a booster cable. The cable has defects wasn’t working well, then I came back to returned it , he became mad with no respect.. he push me to call the police for help.. Really I feel bad ~nidal

So today is Friday April 14 2022. I went into the store with my receipt for 2 idler arms that printed on the receipt stated limited lifetime warranty so when the salesman scanned the receipt the computer said there were no returnable items so imagine my surprise when the told me there was nothing they would do for me the didn’t even try was like oh well to bad can’t help you I am a professional auto tech and I do a lot of side work and over the years I have bought a lot of parts from them so I won’t be doing that anymore can’t deal With a company that won’t honor their warranty And won’t even try to help you really bad customer service If I treated my customers that way I wouldn’t have any so I guess that I am done doing business with Advance auto parts ~Chris
