I was looking for a storage unit and all other facilities were completely booked. However, when I got to this location Stephen went above and beyond. He was able to find a unit for me from the cancellations list for the day. Very impressed by the great customer service.

Reservation was easy and easily instructed bu the customer service support call. I was at my wits end looking for a large unit in my area and after calling close to 15 other companies I was relieved to hear cube smart had a bug enough unit available right away. The unit was nice, clean and ready for me upon arriving. The emailed instructions were easy to follow, which was a plus because I'm so disorganized. Being able to do alot from my phone and not having to miss time from from work is a 10/10 for me. Hopefully, all goes well from now until I'm done needing the unit.

The person that helped me caught a attitude with me after we discussed about the pricing of the disc pad lock that I DID NOT want when she asked me , I told her yes I will be buying my own disc pad lock and she still charged me. Then when I addressed her about it she caught a horrible attitude. I didn’t even want the refund anymore and her coworker, a Caucasian tall man, wanted to be slick out of the mouth in front of me when I was planning on leaving. This was my first and last experience with them. Wouldn’t recommend it even if it was my last option…

Our storage space was clean enough (had to sweep it out when we arrived), but the property itself is just pretty run down looking. ***updating review. Spoke to CubeSmart on 05/12/22 and then explained that this is newly acquired property and that improvements specifically addressing all my concerns were in process.

Great prices and great price for your first month 50$ I had a 10x15 for $117 dollars a month when moving in I saw a few lizards out on the wall of my unit but I didn’t have any problems with them getting into my things never saw any in my storage definitely would use them again
