Dude that works there called me a "boy". I dont know if it was because I'm black or what lol. I disputed a payment I made for March that I didn't receive an email for. Oh and he raised his shirt like a coward as if he had a gun while I was driving away. Moving our stuff out before it mysteriously disappears.

Excellent facility. I've been renting a climate-controlled space there for nearly 6 years and have never had an issue. I've had everything from stacks of book boxes to antique furniture in this unit and it's all come out in the same condition it went in. I highly recommend this company.

Good experience until I drove an hour with hired labor and a rental truck only to not be able to access the gate or my unit. I pay almost $180 here every month but the gates don't work all the time so free access to your property is a hit or miss. Most of my furniture has mold now. Not sure why the gate can't just stay open. The units have locks. It might be better if they actually notified people about the issues. Moving my stuff as soon as I can get inside.

We did not have a good experience at all. Let's start with the fact that when we paid our second month we over pay about $7.00 over our fee, my husband asked the lady at the front desk if she can reimburse us what we overpaid and she said no, that they will be applied to our next month, which it means that we will never get that money back because we just moved out, we were there only for two months. For the past month the gate remained open all the time and we choose to pay for inside the gate rates but actually it was like if we were outside. Last and worst of all three things is that we got big roaches inside a couple of our boxes, it was really bad and no, our boxes did not contain any food or any edible products.

The only storage place in Tallahassee that answered my phone calls! The lady who I dealt with was nice and friendly and gave me a great deal for the summer. They have a buy 3 months get 1 free special. The units are clean and all my stuff stayed completely clean with almost no mustiness the whole summer.

I'm late with this review but honestly this is the best storage unit i have ever used everyone that works there was absolutely amazing and understanding. If it weren't for the fact that they are so far out, i would use them again.
