Best oil change service in Citrus Heights, California (CA) 2024

This location is amazing. They under promise and over deliver every time. I've never had a bad experience here. The employees are so kind and friendly. I recommend this location to everyone. I'm not sure who manages this place, but they're doing something right. Every single employee is on top of it. A++++ ~Bunny

Came here 3 weeks ago for them to “fix” my tire valve stems that all were leaking AGAIN, and have been giving me issues only since I bought brand new tires from them May 2021. Only 3 weeks ago and I have to come back in for the same issue. I bought new tires so I would avoid future problems since my tires were worn out. Never had problems before. These new tires have given me nothing but grief. Valve stems are leaking yet AGAIN. At this point I want a refund for the tires so I can take my money elsewhere and get this resolved once and for all. Their customer service was on point and that’s about the nicest thing I can say about Firestone. At least they are nice at this location. ~Shay

On the same day of service completion and after the shop claimed my daughter’s car had been fixed, it broke down on the freeway for the same reason. I called the shop to let them know my daughter is stuck on the side of the freeway in her car, they never returned my call even days after I notified them. They charged me hundreds of dollars and didn’t even fix the problem or care to take responsibility for their mistake!! Awful experience ~Sean
