Via live chat Caroline went out of her way to assist with the 5 yrs extende warranty concern so easy!!! Also my fear with regard to delivery date because we had a poor experience with a competitor where the delivery date was pushed off for weeks into the future so upsetting however Caroline understood my concerns and assured me my gas dryer was in stock in the Watchung NJ store and delivery date was firm Good news my dryer will be here today in a few hours and everyone involved in the experience was totally professional and actually care about us as customers, from Caroline to the young lady who assured me at the Watchung store to the friendly knowledge woman who confirmed my delivery window a top-notch team from a to z Thank you for an 5 Star experience!!

I honestly would recommend this P.C. Richard&Son location . I just brought a house and Thomas was very helpful! When I told him what my needs were, he knew exactly what I was looking for. He offered a bundle deal package that was within my budget and had my refrigerator, stove and microwave delivered on time . Very friendly guy!

Always have a great and positive experience at this location! Frank is very kind and greets you at the door with a friendly smile. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. We got all our tvs and sound system there plus several appliances in the past. Today I came in for a new mattress and left a happy customer once again. Duane was also very helpful and was able to get us a great deal and bundle with warranty etc. I was more than satisfied with the customer service and will definitely recommend the Watchung store!

We have been purchasing electronics from PC Richard and Sons for the past 15 years through Tom. He used to work in Edison location before and now has transferred to Watchung, NJ. The only reason we come back to PC Richard is because of Tom. He has in depth knowledge of the products and has guided us in all our purchases. It can be very overwhelming buying new kitchen appliances and Tom has helped us through every step. He has tried to give us the best possible rates and it has been a pleasure working with him.
