Please, do not come to this CVS. I came here for some face masks, then got a little distracted and perused the isles to see if if needed anything else. As I did I picked up a few other items and ended up with a full basked, sound familiar? I walked to the self checkout because who wants to talk to a human? Also, I don't want to impose on someone's time when I can "do it myself". As I begin scanning my items this thin blond lady stands behind me. At first I'm thinking it's a customer, but I wonder why they don't use the register beside mine. So I get self countious because I feel like I'm holding up the person behind me. But then she pretends to be organizing the candy next to me. Then she just stands behind me with her arms crossed like a little evil security guard until I finish scanning and pay. At this point I feel grossed out because I kinda wonder if she had treated me like that if I looked like her. I just spent over 100 dollars on distracted shopping on cute self care items lolz But I don't feel happy about my purchase I feel grossed out. And I'm probably going to be reminded of this when I use the products I got here. I understand that theft prevention methods are established at every single store but this is particularly stomach turning. Maybe, I just need to grow thicker skin, maybe this lady a little Racist maybe it's a little both. Regardless, I'm not coming back here. If you're like me save yourself!! DON'T COME HERE!!!

On 6/11 i picked up 3 prescriptions for my mother. The total came up to $54.49. When I got home i realized my debit card was charged twice. I tried calling multiple times to the pharmacy and I didn’t get an answer. I came in 6/12 to speak to someone and a supervisor told me it’s not possible that I was charge twice. I showed her my personal banking transactions via phone and she basically said it’s nothing she can do. I now have to contact my bank. I will not have my mother coming to this location. Also the lady supervisor didn’t have a name tag on and said I should’ve been charge more for my mothers medication as well. Which is incorrect one was $12.49 other two was 21.00 which totaled $54.49. The pharmacy does not hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. Instead they give you an attitude and tell you it isn’t possible that I was charge twice when I clearly had proof that I was charge twice and both transactions weren’t pending either. Never again Update- I went through my bank and dispute one of the charges. After investigations which took 2 weeks the bank refunded one of the charges.

I think the lady pharmacist is a very caring, down to earth lady who only tries to help... all of the girls and ladies get 5 🌟 in the pharmacy... as far as the store itself, its not for the disabled at all. The gm needs to make more room for the customers in scooters or wheelchairs. Its very very overwhelming not being allowed to go down the aisle only because management stored way way way to many extra selling carts... if it doesn't fit in the aisle, don't suffocate us with way overpriced items.. the pharmacy are all rock stars and always smiling while trying to help, the layout of the store is beyond selfish and uncaring leaving some customers very overwhelmed. If I could get up and walk, I definitely would so don't punish us. Open up the dang aisles.

Very poor customer service, you spent about 30 minutes online just to speak to the pharmacy and on top of that I called in and the lady picked up and I ask her to help me and she kept me online for another 30 minutes. Whoever is the regional manager of this particular location need to do a cleanup because it does not make any sense to why you can’t provide great customer service. And if you’re unable to provide great customer service for whatever reason at least provide decent customer service and treat people like their human beans.

I have never been treated so unprofessionalally by a pharmacy. This one clearly leaves something to be desired. And when they have issues with other clients dont pass the attitude on to the next customer and then blame the client for their lack of interpersonal skills. Instead of me not returning, I wouldn't waste my time going back there! Disrespect is what you'll get from the pharmacy tech Laura and the rest of them..

This CVS is very convenient because its 24 hours and has a good amount of parking. The employees here are very nice and they even let me use the bathroom without buying anything. The place is very clean and organized and the line isn't long cause the cashier is quick with ringing people up

Rude Paula the manager is extremely rude. I decided to stop by the store omw to work as most snipers I check down the isle. Everything in this isle is a dollar some marked down Christmas items. I pick up Christmas lights the item tagged $5 marked down $1.25. When I get the register in expected the cashier rings it up $24.99. The cashier says the Christmas was marked down let me check it out. The manager comes over and says I received an email from corporate they changed their mind they're going to put back for next yr..then she says no it's regular price it's just seen as tv. So I took a pic and she does over and starts telling. I said if your not wrong it's nothing to worry about. I proceeded to cal corporate now this is the manager she talk so loud customer service asked if I wanted to get my kids. I was like high that's your manager! Who is purchasing Christmas lights now at $24.99. It really wasn't about the ight because I don't need them but the disrespect.The yelling. This is my morning torn up over Christmas lights you know your not going to sell. I see many other complaints contact BBB because so many compliments Paula is 60 not a college student she should know better and alot more respectful.
