BEWARE: THE MOST PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE!! We experienced terrible service from PC Richards technicians- they don't know anything about refrigerators. We bought a refrigerator with insurance less than 4 years ago, and the refrigerator stopped cooling/freezing. The online repair scheduling portal allows you to get the earliest appt after a week. After the one week wait, the so called "technician" simply pulls the refrigerator a few inches out, saying there's not enough room behind the ref for air to circulate. DID NOT SOLVE THE ISSUE. We call them back, and get an appt after another week. Another guy shows up, and does not even touch the ref, says the circuit board is faulty and orders the parts. We waited again for a week for the parts to arrive(only then could schedule service appt), another week for the technician to come a take a look. A new guy again, he replaces some parts and says compressor is getting too hot. He orders compressor, we wait again for it to arrive. Then schedule an appointment(5 weeks past now). This time 3 guys come in. They discuss among themselves after hearing the problem and say that the compressor is fine, now the valve to the freezer is faulty! They totally avoided to replace the compressor. ARE THESE GUYS KIDDING AROUND? IS BUYING AN INSURANCE A JOKE? WHY DO THEY CLAIM TO PROVIDE A 24/7 service? It has been more than 6 weeks since we raised the ticket and we still wait for the ref to work? I had to get rid of all perishable items numerous times. The fridge works temporarily only after doing a reset. Imagine living with a broken ref for so long! PC RICHARD&SON- YOUR TECHNICIANS BADLY NEED A TRAINING BEFORE THEY WALK IN TO TROUBLESHOOT any appliance

I was in need of a new oven/range, fridge, and vent for above the oven - a and very considerable investment for me. Elvira greeted me as soon as I entered and spent more than 3 hours with me helping me compare multiple options of everything - she was wonderful and continually followed up with me while I was waiting for the home inspection (to confirm choices would work in my home). And when it came to installation - the team who came was equally as helpful and kind. It was timely - but 100% worth it - I love my new kitchen and I will 100% use the team at PC Richard again!
