Edible Arrangements

Horrible experience!! Customer service does not care to fix their errors or make things right. I have spent three days dealing with Edible Arrangements and their lack of support. My co- worker had a death in her family and they did not have the decency to care. I went into the store to place my order to ensure no mistakes were made with the delivery. I spent almost $100 on a small arrangement and the delivery fee. The cashier explained the arrangement would be delivered the next day. No delivery was made. I called several times and they gave me different arrival times. I had my coworker wait due to the times they mentioned... The next day I called again to figure out the status of the order. They explained the delivery driver was not able to deliver it. They also could not provide me a reason for this. I asked when it will be delivered... They stated that it would arrive that day. No delivery again... The next day I called and complained.. They said it was delivered!! I demanded a refund. This was so inconsiderate on all levels. The staff did not even care nor did they apologize for their wrong doing. I will never use this company or this location again. I spent so much time tracking the package down for it to never be delivered. I never write reviews but I could not let this go without others knowing about the horrible treatment and customer service. ~Victoria

Target

This store is very likely the most mismanaged Target I've ever encountered. Empty shelves, checked-out staff, constant mess in the isles. You can't even use a basket at this store because there is no system of returning them to the front. My whole neighborhood hates this store, we complain about it constantly yet the management does not care. If anyone reading this has the ability to make a change there, please just walk in. The second you do you will realize what a Brand Killer this store is. Denver deserves much better than this and together as a community we will ensure we get it. ~Rami

Safeway

My first visit, and I found this is a nice place to shop, in my opinion. It is located in kind of a strange area-- as in you wouldn't expect it to be located here. Nice, wide, clean aisles, fine selection of different brands in the freezer section (where I mostly shopped), and a completely different customer base than the Kings located about 4 blocks away. I found some items to be a bit pricey and others were average price. It was nice to be able to shop without running into another person every 10 feet. I've been a life-long King's customer, but I may just switch. I do wish they had a better selection of sugar-free sodas and other drinks. ~Eric

King Soopers

Just never stocked here (see photo). The staff are nice as can be, but are somewhat inept for the jobs they claim to do. Parking is a disaster because of all the carts that pile up everywhere as I can assume they don’t have a lot attendant (there is additional parking across Corona St. but that doesn’t make a difference in the main lot). ~ooplopoo

Sprouts Farmers Market

I’ve really come to appreciate this location over the last few years. The staff have been kind and helpful to me every time I’ve needed assistance, and I’ve had a positive experience with their products in almost every case. I’ve been shopping here once a week for a few years now and I’d recommend it to anyone at this point. My only issue is that sometimes the people out front who are asking for money or signatures are very rude. Most of them are kind but about 1/4 of the time the people out there will guilt trip you into giving them your time. I’ve spoken with many of them, given them my time and often my signature, but I don’t always have the time or interest to be stopped every time I come to this store. And I sometimes receive passive aggressive comments if I decline to speak with them. I don’t think it’s right to give customers guilt for this. I support their right to politely ask for my time or signature but I believe they should be respectful if I decline. I suggest if you see people waiting outside with clipboards that you enter from the Southside entrance (off Colfax) if you don’t want to chance a side of guilt and passive aggressiveness with your groceries. You can easily exit this way too. ~Greg

12th Ave Market

Wonderful neighborhood market with essentials PLUS wonderful local specialties. Having a post office inside is just an added bonus and the owners and employees are incredibly friendly and nice! A small town feel in the heart of a big city! Love it! ~Elizabeth

King Soopers

This is my main Kings that I shop at. It's right down the street, so I'm basically there on a daily basis. I feel like it's also one of the nicer ones. And since a family member of mine works there I pretty much know the whole front end management staff and cashier's and CC's. I've shopped here for the past 12 years. The staff is pretty great up front. The deli isn't my favorite place to shop because there could be 3 people back there, and two of them will be towards the back talking and see you come up and wait for service and they'll continue their conversation and make you wait until they feel like serving you. And I used to work in the deli at store 111 so I know that's not okay to do but they ignore you at the deli here quite often. I have so many experiences where this happens.... But the store is very well lit, kept as tidy as can be when you have shoppers coming in and shopping then deciding to take things out of their basket and put it in any random aisle when they've decided they don't want/need it anymore, and let their kiddos run amok and knock stuff down. They do their best to keep things looking nice and clean. And because of the homeless going into the bathroom and doing drugs, they've now added locks to the doors of the bathroom so you'll need an associate to let you in. ~Ryan
