Horrible experience!! Customer service does not care to fix their errors or make things right. I have spent three days dealing with Edible Arrangements and their lack of support. My co- worker had a death in her family and they did not have the decency to care. I went into the store to place my order to ensure no mistakes were made with the delivery. I spent almost $100 on a small arrangement and the delivery fee. The cashier explained the arrangement would be delivered the next day. No delivery was made. I called several times and they gave me different arrival times. I had my coworker wait due to the times they mentioned... The next day I called again to figure out the status of the order. They explained the delivery driver was not able to deliver it. They also could not provide me a reason for this. I asked when it will be delivered... They stated that it would arrive that day. No delivery again... The next day I called and complained.. They said it was delivered!! I demanded a refund. This was so inconsiderate on all levels. The staff did not even care nor did they apologize for their wrong doing. I will never use this company or this location again. I spent so much time tracking the package down for it to never be delivered. I never write reviews but I could not let this go without others knowing about the horrible treatment and customer service. ~Victoria

I ordered flowers from this amazing flower shop for my beautiful fiancé. They absolutely blew her and myself away and were able to deliver same day no problem. These are some of the best flower arrangements I have ever seen in my life and I could not recommend them enough. They were very accommodating especially when I decided I wanted something delivered to her every day of the week to make her feel like she was in a movie. Diz Daisy did a beautiful job with my bouquet for my wedding. I was stuck between a sunflower bouquet with daisies or a blue flower bouquet to match the theme and they said they could combined both surprising me with an absolutely beautiful bouquet and matching Boutonnière. I loved the blue flowers they put in there! They were so easy to work with and we’re able to help me out last minute. The pricing was very reasonable and they were so sweet when I went to pick up my flowers. I would definitely recommend them for anyone getting married or wanting to gift flowers. ~Marlene

I met the owners Nancy and Donald White about 3 years ago. Ever since I met them I have enjoyed their wonderful customer service. They truly care about their business and it shows with their beautiful flower arrangements, products, plants and other supplies that you can purchase at the store or have delivered. I have purchased many items including three different beautiful pictures hand-painted by a local artist and every year I purchased the small little 12-month calendar also painted by a local artist. I also enjoy a beautiful elephant that holds the Christmas cactus that I can't seem to get to bloom yet and a wonderful turtle that can hold plants or flowers. I have met all the employees and enjoy seeing them on a regular basis. I am amazed at the beautiful floral arrangements and highly recommend them for any occasion.
