Ordered a birthday gift for a friend who was leaving out of town. I wanted surprise him at work. I got the delivery confirmation email from Edible Arrangements that is was delivered. However, nothing was never delivered. Very disappointing, my surprise was ruined. Shouldn't offer a delivery service especially for special occasions that are meaningful to people.

Horrible experience!! Customer service does not care to fix their errors or make things right. I have spent three days dealing with Edible Arrangements and their lack of support. My co- worker had a death in her family and they did not have the decency to care. I went into the store to place my order to ensure no mistakes were made with the delivery. I spent almost $100 on a small arrangement and the delivery fee. The cashier explained the arrangement would be delivered the next day. No delivery was made. I called several times and they gave me different arrival times. I had my coworker wait due to the times they mentioned... The next day I called again to figure out the status of the order. They explained the delivery driver was not able to deliver it. They also could not provide me a reason for this. I asked when it will be delivered... They stated that it would arrive that day. No delivery again... The next day I called and complained.. They said it was delivered!! I demanded a refund. This was so inconsiderate on all levels. The staff did not even care nor did they apologize for their wrong doing. I will never use this company or this location again. I spent so much time tracking the package down for it to never be delivered. I never write reviews but I could not let this go without others knowing about the horrible treatment and customer service.

I ordered a fruit arrangement, popcorn and a balloon for my daughter for her birthday. The young lady that was delivering spoke with my daughter about where to leave items if she was not home. I later received an email stating the items had been delivered successfully. The next day I found out my daughter never received anything. My daughter walked to the address that was given and it took her to an alley where there was not even a building. After calling the store and informing them that there was a typo and the actual address that was input is not even an address, they finally agreed to deliver the items ordered. It was a true disappointment, as they put forth no effort to ensure that they delivered anything and then they argued stating they did deliver. Not to mention that where she lives has cameras that stated otherwise. I have ordered from Edible Arrangements in the past and had great services and was very pleased.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Do NOT order from here for delivery as you will not get your order. I placed an order for same day delivery and after speaking with the store they assured me it would be delivered, I checked back on my order status later that night and still no delivery update, I called the next day and was told that the delivery was unsuccessful, no attempt was made to contact me either. So they remade the order and assured me the order would go out yesterday well it didn’t and the same thing happened again. They have no order tracking of control or accountability, so after 2x of them telling me my order was going to be delivered it was not. Don’t waste your $ and don’t order from them because they are clearly incapable of fulfilling orders, very disappointing and clearly poor management.

Buyer beware!!! I should have read the reviews! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my husband at his work for his birthday. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! Not only did they take my order and not deliver it (no call attempts, nothing, they just simply didn’t deliver my order) but when I called to speak to the manager “Jackie” she was EXTREMELY rude to me. I was asking simple questions trying to understand what happened with my order since I had called the store twice the morning of delivery date asking what time the delivery should be expected and was assured twice it would arrive. Jackie was talking over me, completely dismissing me and gave me a horrible attitude. Not once did she even apologize for the mix up and she simply referred me to corporate as if that would solve anything for me. These stores are independently franchised and corporate number isn’t a solution for this. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect as a customer who was just trying to get my husband a nice gift due to the passing of his mother. This store is horrible, shop small and order from a local florist instead. I would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered a large Rainbows and Butterflies arrangement for my daughter to celebrate a special occasion well in advance of the day. She received someone else's order at 6pm on the day of delivery, she lives on the 8th floor and didn't realize until she unwrapped it once she was back in her apartment. It was the completely wrong arrangement, worth less than half the price I paid, and addressed to someone else entirely in a different location. The delivery driver called her an hour and a half later to ask if she realized she received the wrong one, and then seemed to want it back. She told him that would be against health codes and that we (I) would be requesting a full refund, he then hung up on her. I have now been on hold for 20 minutes trying to request my refund. I will never do business with this company again.

Strawberries was great, the pineapple though did not look fresh or taste fresh! Took a bite and felt like that was pineapple they should of thrown out. Definitely worried to order dipped pineapple again
