Today 8/8/22 So I must share..its a little long ❤ I found this black oversized wallet in the buggy in grocery store parking lot it had approx 1k cash in different envelopes but "NO ID" I can tell it was a budget system they where doing. So with no ID I wasn't sure how I was going to get it back to the person that lost it. So after I finish shopping I went to the customer service desk the manager JIM, I asked him if anyone had called regarding losing an oversize wallet He says it doesn't matter just leave it with me so if they do call Ill have it, then he became very annoyed with me because I decided I didn't want to leave it with him. I wanted to make sure it got into the hands of the person that lost it. So I said I'll leave my phone number my name if anyone calls they can call me/identify it and pick it. At this point JIM was RUDE with me pretty much turned his back and walked away. WOW IS ALL I COULD SAY. End result while at Customer desk dealing with this the phone rings the clerk answers & it was the person who lost it. They where beyond Blessed, they couldnt believe it was being turned in, they explained they are doing the Dave Ramsey budget program. Honestly I really could have easily kept it. With no ID but my Heart said "NO" find that person. You will be a Bigger Blessing to them than you can ever Imagine. And thats Exactly what Happened. I'm not looking for a pat on the back or brownie points I'm just sharing a Great Story with a HAPPY HAPPY ENDING ❤ MINUS THE ACTIONS OF JIM THE MANAGER ON DUTY. THANK YOU REGINA

Another AMAZING cake for my daughter's 3rd Birthday. I get all my kids birthday cakes here. They always go above and beyond with decorations and the cake always tastes great.

It's your typical safeway experience. Self checkout machines are wonky and staff kept having to come to fix it for me. I wish the plastic bags were stronger like the ones in Washington. But a decent place to get groceries from. Beats doing your grocery shopping at a 7-Eleven and paying extra for the convenience of a convenience store. Not a perfect experience but not a bad experience, gets the grocery stuffs done and that's all, folks.

Great store. Always well kept, easy parking, never too crowded. Just wish they sold beef tenderloin at the meat counter, and Yerba Mate drinks. Those are the only things I still need to go to King Soopers for.

Very nice store well stocked and organized for easy shopping. It was very busy when I was there but right before the 4th of July weekend I was not surprised! I will be going back to see what it's like on a normal weekday.

Safeway has always been a great place to buy your groceries and food and snacks and everybody love them I go to the Safeway store in Lowry Boulevard 1st Avenue the management is great they care about you they don't have any problems and they're very courteous and the management especially by me being a regular they always say hi to me and we speak and we enjoy each other service and business so kudos to Safeway for having a wonderful selection of food and they also need to stay stocked on Lay's honey barbecue potato chips we love him and also open pit barbecue sauce God bless we are great

Would give Zero stars if it was possible. Never have I been made to feel so small. The discrimination I felt was completely unnecessary and after I recover from this incident I will be looking to take further action. That is how terrible the employees made me feel at this establishment. I would like to say this is not my experience at other Safeways

When they loaded my car today they put a gallon of vinegar on top of soft groceries, a 10+ lb bag of charcoal on top of soft groceries, and a 5lb bag of sugar on top of deli meat. Clearly intentional. And it was placed at the very back so when I was hitting my brakes on the way home the heavy stuff was squishing my entire grocery order.

There's a handful of people who work at this location who are friendly those are the cashiers at check out, the older woman of color who works the "customer service" where you buy lottery tickets she's the rudest person I've ever ran across working at a grocery store! She definitely shouldn't be working in customer service, she's rude never looks at you or thanks you no personality at all! I'll never go to her ever when she's there.
